I (was) a DIEGO HARD Motorola Fan. I've had almost every Smart phone (Droid). And up til NOW they have been GREAT. With that said your Customer service SUCKS. They can't speak English. I just sold a Samsung Note 4. ORDERED a turbo 2. Had to wait a week and half cause it was custom. Then finally got it. LOVED it INIALY. Then it would not hold a charge long. Wow imagine that. Then the last 2 days before returning it. It got so DAM hot it would BURN you. I'd have to send it back to China wait and be out a phone for ???long. Unacceptable.I'm Manager for Home depot. Tons of contractor phone numbers in it. Went back to Verizon. Seems like other people having the same problem. So ounce again back with Samsung. I now have lost ALL faith in your products. I waited so long just to be disapointed. I now want all Motorola products gone from My House. And place of Work. Very disappointed.

I love the phone, however, I can no longer use all the number keys to dial out.

My question is can I just get three receivers or can you tell me what model # I need to buy to get the same features that my current phone offers.



My current phone has:



1. remote access

2. beeps when I have a message

3. caller ID

4. I can leave a memo for my children

5. The caller can call me and leave a message on line 1 - line 2 - or line 3



It is a great phone and I have been unable to find one similar to the one I have.

Please advise what model # I need to purchase and where that model # is available. Or send me three new handsets that I will gladly pay for because I

love my phone. I always advise anyone that asks me about my phone what kind it is so I am truly a good spokesperson for Motorola. I do have a cell phone but

I like my home phone. It's not like I do not like change because that is not a problem. This phone is perfect for everything I need in a phone.

I tried to update my Moto x 5.1 Android version about four days ago, but it totally messed up what I had. I lost my e-mail capability and most of my Contact list. Two days ago I contacted Motorola Customer service who tried to fix the problems. I spent a long time at level 1 and then level 2 assistants and was able to get my contacts back, however, I still don't have my e-mails back. Someone was supposed to call me back today to fix the email problem, but since nobody called I called the number several times and the recorded message said that they were closed already, but stated that the hours of operation were until midnight, Eastern Time. According to my time it was only 8 pm eastern time. I tried another number that I got on the internet and that also had the same message. It appears there is no way to reach Motorola Customer Services. My reference # is which was given to me by the 1st technician, in case I had to call back. What is going on? Is Motorola still in existence. I wish I had never upgraded the phone, but the notice to upgrade came up every time I opened the phone.

I wanted to return a baby monitor that didn't work, the very first time I called I got disconnected and had to call back and wait to talk to someone.they needed my email address they could send me the postage info I needed to print out to send back the monitor, she said it would take 48 hrs to get it....I never received it.called a 2nd time same thing again...never received it.called back a 3 rd time and the girl was more clueless and kept putting me on hold and wouldn't tell me so I kept thinking I was disconnected. She had no idea as to why I wasn't receiving the emails.I left both my emails only to have not received any email to neither o e of my emails needless to say I will have to call back a 4 th time to be waiting to speak to someone for more than 15 min,be put on hold and not get anything resolved all of this in a matter if 2 weeks...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.MOTOROLA GET IT TOGETHER!!!,,

I don't like my turbo droid. Everything I do takes multiple steps. The new update for texting is awful. Takes multiple steps that used to take one.

Purchased a new moto x 2nd gen in April 2015 from Motorola website. In less than one month I have two major problems:

1) phone will not lock when pressing the power button. This happens 20% of the time at least. 2) When I try to Power Off the phone, Power Off will not display. This happens 20 to 25% of the time. When it does PowerOff, yes I actually press Power Off on the screen when it does appear, the phone automatically reboots. So when I go to sleep at night, the phone is ON all night long charging.

Called Motorola on Friday, May 15. They said they would send out a replacement moto x but they had to hold $557. I received an email from FedEx on 5/15 stating delivery would be on Monday, 5/18. Waited all day on Monday and no phone nor Fedex driver. Late Monday night tracking changed to estimated delivery "N/A". No clue what "N/A" means.

Waited all day Tuesday, 5/19. No phone and no driver. I received an email from Motorola this morning stating "They have not received my phone." Of course they haven't, I haven't received the replacement phone. I want to be very clear....since I've had my moto x 2nd gen for less than one month, I want a NEW moto x 2nd gen, not a "like-new" or refurbished phone.

Dear Sir/Madam:



I am so disappointed with the ââ?¬Å?Motorola Store Customer Service and Supportââ?¬Â?. I have placed this order twice, once last week that was not processed and again two days ago. I received this email which I called yesterday and answered the question the operator had. I called today and they tell me the order has not been processed yet. I talked with Carlos and Jasmine



Every time I have called Motorola Store Customer Service, I find them rude, not polite, and asking questions as if they a police officer.



I have explained several times that my credit card address and shipping address were different. They continuously asking the same question in a different way as if I am stupide.



This is been one of my worse customer support/sales experience.



I would appreciate someone looking in to this and get back to me.

Motorola has given me faulty information multiple times on one order and has been almost unreachable and untimely for everything question I've had through this process. The staff has always been polite, but trying to get my phone repaired has taken almost two weeks and I still don't have my phone, not to mention that it cost a ridiculous amount of money to get through.

Hi,this is venkat from Hyderabad,telengana ,india.I have purchased Moto G 2nd generation through flipkart December 15th 2014. 4days back I have upgraded my mobile android kitkat 4.4 to lollipop. When I updated from there onwords my mobile screen brightness is increasing and decreasing frequently. I don't know why iit is haappinig like this. Plz provide the solution for this problem. Is any possible to go back to from lollipop to kitkat

I have a Moto G that is 2 months old. It will no longer power on and I expect it to be replaced, as it is still under warranty. The call center I keep reaching is Manilla. They told me that the phone is out of warranty LOL. The warranty is for a year, which they seem to be unaware of.

After numerous calls, I was told that I could return the phone and that a shipping label and return authorization would be sent to me via email. I have received nothing.

I want to purchase a replacement power cord for my Motorola 7 inch digital frame with camera. Model mfv700pu. It's the cord that goes into the camera not into the frame. We love our piece of equipment and wish to continue to use it but can't find a replacement cord. It is an output 6v=600ma and input100~240v~. Thanks.

my wife and I purchased two motorola tablets about 3 years ago all was great until 2 weeks ago when the wires broke near the jack plug on the charger. We have tried several spurious chargers but nothing else fits. On contacting Motorola customers services they informed me that the manufacture of these particular charges stopped last year 2013. I find this offensive this now means we have two tablets that are in perfect working order but we cannont use them because motorola cannot supply chargers how can this be right. When I made a request to speak to a manager I was told the service operator / advisor was not allowed to transfer calls.

I attempted five times to contact Motorola Support on 9/29/14, between the times of 4pm and 4:20pm (EST). Each of my attempts at contacting you was met with a disconnection of my call.

This brings a highly insulting contrast to the words of your artificial secretary, who (by your direction) said that my call is "very important" to you.

I ask you now, to please stand in my position as a customer, and then take a look at the face and physique of your operation..

Are you pleased with what you now know and see?

I have no idea why it is so hard to talk to someone I can understand what they are saying!!!!!!!!!!!! the Motorola x phone is the worst phone that I have EVER had. then you are on hold forever!!!! I really do NOT think I ill ever buy another Motorola phone AGAIN!!!! to much hassle!

I've had command one for over a year now it makes calls I didn't request. I say one name and it dials another name every time. Always the same name. Sometimes even calling after getting a text.

After trying three seperate Motorola Bluetooth headsets with the best performing one being the H720, which was the least inexpensive of the three units. The other two were complete disappointments in regards to outgoing voice quality, incoming voice volume and wall charging units that didn't even last a month. I know realize that bluetooths are not your forte and that I must move on to one of your competitors. I have supported Motorola and owned stock in your company and I only hope that the poor quality of your Bluetooth engineering does not effect the quality of your Tablets and Smart Phones.

you have the worst customer service I have had to deal with.I have been trying for a week and a half to get a replacement phone under warranty and all I get are excuses..I have filed a complaint with the BBB
