You need to send people out to update towers in rural New Mexico so people do not have to be without phone service, give it till tomorrow and then I am changing phone service

I have an emergency. Facebook has seized up and it says I have a virus. There is misspelling in the notice. It says I have to download an app. I suspect it's a fraud, BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT METRO PCS!!

Your customer service support system sucks .. there should be an easier way to speak to a live person when need to at anytime, you need to improve this service

This will be the 4 th pH I have purchased from your company every time I tell them something is wrong they send me to warranty service and they tell me it's not covered in not dealing with your company ever again further more I intend to speed the word on social media how you treat your customers the pH I have now is a zte model#z981 and the LCD screen is coming off the pH they say they can't do an ything even though it's a defect I expect to have this pH replaced .you make the call I'm very disappointed in your products spending almost 1000 in 4 months I don't think so Lee Hart

Very bad customer service. I have tried to call the store in Corsicana 3 times it rings and rings and than the pick up the phone and hang up on you. Just trying to see if they have a specific phone we want to buy.

I think this is bad service your phone is disconnected and cant even contact at least customer service I do understand not calling out but your own phone provider , and now you can't call from the main line of metro what is Metro turning into.Who can you speak with if you have question about your phone.

I have been trying to get a human for over a month now to transfer my number to tmobile. I will be calling the better business bureau, if I am not contacted in the next 24 hours.

what review? I couldn't get a live person on the phone! I have been trying to get ahold of a live person all dam day now! Even by trying to trick someone into amswering! They automate me down to ending my phone call after listening to the recordings over and over trying for the alternative selection opposite of what I initially selected that caused me to met my end...the web sight is a little more "direct" with their avoidance...at the bottom of the coustomer service page you can click on the "contact us" link that puts you back to the top of the customer service page! WTH!

Recently having lots of problems with phone service and plan. IE only block away from my house and three blocks from store and no service. Then looked at my metro stated bill due service interruption until paid but bill not due til 11/11/16. Month away or 12 days happened ever since started service no data dropped calls no texting boom out of nowhere blindsided. Btw use phone for work if continued will look for new service cannot have service interruption since bills always payed up

We happily switched to metro pcs ,good Service for price. Would suggest a rugged phone be offered. I work in health care require a phone that can be bumped and able to get wet. Will await to see if a rugged phone is offered. Want it in my life. Happy

I feel that Metro PC needs more human involvement instead of talking to the machine it's not 24 hours customer service where you can talk to a human

It has been beyond ridiculous to speak with a live agent! Can't get past the automated system AT ALL!! I had to call from a different phone to make a extension all because the automated system! Not just that but if calling from another phone and once you answer the machine yes you do have an account with them after you enter your number guess what?!?! THE AUTOMATED MACHINE pops up not letting you speak to a agent until you make a payment! So what I have to do is enter my friend's active number (with Metro PCS) to get thru the automated system, say I am having trouble connecting to the internet, continue fooling the system that I have indeed tried the trouble shooting tips till I am connected to a live agent!!! Seriously this is beyond ridiculous!! I loved Metro PCS but I am seriously thinking about switching provider for this and other reason's. If this continues I believe Metro will be changing their name to Metro POS!!

You have to call from a different phone, that's what I've been trying to do and the dumb robot crap isn't putting me threw to a live person...

I was told by 2 agents to call back once phone suspended to get a 48 hour restore well when my phone was suspended I was unable to reach a live person I have been a customer for years, very upset 611 on the phone will not allow you to speak to a agent if your service suspended, I can't reach to restore my service so I can speak w/a manager

This my number 3 up dated phone from Metro PCs and having problems with the phone heated up I got this phone on 9/28 no one can tell me why.

Called the Halsey location to pay a bill. The person answered after numerous trys she finally answered with hello I asked her if this was metro pc she said to me, I guess so, I said you guess this is metro she said yes this is metro.. this is not good customer service at all

I tried to reset my online password with Metro and kept getting "....technical difficulties..." and to call customer service.

I called and here is the response...

"It takes about 24 hours for your psssword to change.." Unfing believeable.

I have a warning of service icons...that vm is full? I deleted as requested and still warnings of service. I just paid bill last week.
