My 2 year old dishwasher has holes in the upper corners of the plastic interior and I was told because the warranty was only one year I'd have to pay for repairs. I asked for supervisor as this was unacceptable but was put on hold for an hour before I hung up. I called Customer Experience Center and with no one available to answer again.
My rational is that the product is defective and I need to talk to someone
that is responsible at Maytag.
They finally answered and again I was denied. I asked to talk to the manager and the original person came back and said they would come out Wed. to repair it at no charge. No resolution until then.
