My 2 year old dishwasher has holes in the upper corners of the plastic interior and I was told because the warranty was only one year I'd have to pay for repairs. I asked for supervisor as this was unacceptable but was put on hold for an hour before I hung up. I called Customer Experience Center and with no one available to answer again.

My rational is that the product is defective and I need to talk to someone
that is responsible at Maytag.

They finally answered and again I was denied. I asked to talk to the manager and the original person came back and said they would come out Wed. to repair it at no charge. No resolution until then.

I have purchase coin op washers and dryers.
The washer broke and I have been trying for 5 weeks to find out who repairs them.
This is the WORST company...
Wish I had never bought their machines.

I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for a part for my dishwasher, I am sorry I purchased a maytag. They say it is back ordered. Don't you make parts for a dishwasher that is only 3 years old?

I have always purchased Maytag washer and dryers and will continue to do so. I had an issue with my Maytag Performa dryer and it needed a new roller wheel. During the removal of the front cover I reached under the lip at the top of the cover to remove it and cut a finger on both hands one to the bone. I didn't slide my hand all I did was lift.
I have been a heavy jet mechanic for 42 years and as a group if we find a part that has a cut hazard we file that item down so no one gets cut.
I find it hard to believe that your quality control department would let your manufacturing department let something like this out the door, knowing that someone down the road would cut their selves .
I through this may have just been my unit but when I was talking to a repair man when I was picking up my part he said they are all that way.
My suggestion to you is take the extra few minutes to knock that edge down in your future dryers.
Thank You for making great products and this could just make them better.

I purchased a Maytag dishwasher 2 years ago. Before the first year was up, I had a big repair on it. The control panel needed to be replaced, thankfully under warranty. A year later (this summer) the dishwasher is broken again....with the same problem. Now it's going to cost almost $300.00 to repair it. Sears is the place of purchase and, of course, where we had our warranty and where we turned for assistance again. There is no help available. In checking on your website I see numerous complaints pertaining to the sake thing. I think the dishwasher needs a recall. I don't spend that kind of money on a dw to swe it break every year.

I just replaced my Maytag fridge and when it was moved away from the wall, the floor was schorched underneath! I am fortunate that it didn't cause a fire! According to the Internet, there were some that were recalled. Why wasn't I notified?

Bought anew maytag washer 5years ago. Has broke down 5 times. Taken 7 to 21 days to get it fixed every time.last 2 times has leaked water. Ruined my flooring. This time can't even get home depot to schedule service.

I'm very dessapointed with you 2000 series washer machine. Is no even 14 months and I already having to many problems. I'm Reding the f2 e3 error codes and it seems that I have to buy a new computer part plus labor. Put all this together it will cost me almost 1/3 of the total price.how can you help me on this? I always thought thath maytag is a great company

I purchased my Maytage washing mashein for years ago. since the 6th month it started making load noirs know it doesn't spine I talked to couster service and to their insurance for about three hours going around in circles with out any slotion at the end I was told to fix the washer it will coast over 850.00 and I purchased it new for 957.00 how could that be possible, I am sorry that I didn't reed all the bad review that are posted on the net befor my purchase and what is worse is customer service sujested that I should by a new one !!! So I can go throw the same problem again. I can't understand how you can mislead the public like this. I am very very disappointed and sad for all what I had to go throw with all the running around to get help to fix the washing mashein.

What kind of company offers repairs on their products and then doesn't back their repairs On December 5 2014 may tag sent a repairman out to repair our dryer. He informed us that the control panel needed replacing and he would order it. Days later he came back and replaced the part. Today April 14 2015 may tag came to repair our dryer again. Different repairman same company. He informed us the control panel needed replacing. When we told him we had just had the control panel replaced and even showed him a receipt, he told us the part only had a 30 day warranty. We had to pay another service fee and wait for the part to be ordered. Is this what u call good customer service and support? Are your products only good for a 30 day warranty. We spent good money on our laundry set Too bad we chose the wrong company.

On 2-24-2015, I place an order for a refrigerator filter. After not receiving by this date 3-17-2015, I called and was informed that my credit card payment was refused, therefore filter was not shipped.
My question is, why was I not notified of this " so called problem"? In checking with the card company there have not been any refusals on my card.

I built a new house ,ordered a new maytag dishwaser MDB7749SBM3 delivered end of January 2014. Did not move in until after Easter 2014 . 7 months later dishwasher not working, the control module out. Installed new module , 3 days later new module out again Since 2 weeks out of delivery warranty. Maytag says there is nothing they can do. They know they have this problem, read the reviews on the internet. thousands of them, control module out. I will never buy another.

I bought a Maytag dryer On February 9th 2015 it broke down on February 20th 2015. Have called customer service 3 times in the last 3 weeks about this dryer and they keep saying they will get a hold of the service company that is supposed to come fix it that will not answer my phone calls or even call me for an appointment. I am at the point where I just want to get my money back and go buy a different company's product. Maytag has become a joke!!!! The last time I asked to talk to a manager and they said the was no manager that I could talk to they would have to email them and get back to me! Really what kind of company is not going to have a manager there???

I bought a Maytag Bravos washing machine and dryer on 5-14 and six months later the washing machine is not washing and sitting waiting on a repair person to show up sometime between 10 and 2( good thing they limit the time to 4 hours) a person might have other things to do on their only day off work you think? I will never buy another Maytag Product!

I hate the Maytag Bravo series washer and dryer- the worst investment of my life. The washer does not wash well and has constant spin out of balance issues. The clothes come out in knots and they never really feel or look clean. The dryer does not dry well it has sensors and if there are clothes that have heavier material in cuffs neck line or ribbed waste band the dryer will not detect that they are still damp. Hate that I have to babysit my laundry washing and drying. Maytag you need to make it right.

Good morning,

We purchased a dryer last Christmas and last month we received in the mail a notice to get a service contract. What is that saying that the appliance will not last after a year? My husband wrote to you and he did not get a positive response. They said that the service company is outsourced. Not good enough. Now I will be purchasing a washer but it will not be a maytag. My previous washer and dryer was purchased over 15 years ago. When I replaced the dryer is was still working but I wanted a energy saver. Now my washer is still working, but again I need a energy saver. I will be purchasing a GE. Is the maytag tech still lonely?

Um, in short they suck, I was on hold 15 minutes, service rep comes on finally, ask for a phone number pretends to not hear me continues to ask for a phone number as I dying the number service rep hangs up, thought it was my phone repeated all of above from a different phone and different phone number, same story, in all they suck.

Anyone else have a may tag 2000 series front loader dryer ? I have one it the worst dryer I've ever owned every time I do a load it rips my clothes to shreds

bought a top of the line Maytag washing machine and after 2 years of owning it, it broke. called a repair man and was given an estimate for almost 800 to repair?? Called Maytag and they will not stand behind product! What a piece of garbage Company!
looks like I will never be buying another Maytag product!

I can't believe Mayteg does not have a service tech number to call and ask a question I have about my washer. I've been given numbers for service calls. I don't want a sevice call right now I'd like to fix it my self. UNBELIEVABLE.

I purchased a Maytag Bravo Dryer. I only had it 6 months and have had it repaired 4 times. Maytag should pull this defective dryer and they won't. I would never purchase another Maytag dryer, or in fact anything with a Maytag label again. The Customer Service and Satisfaction is nill. I have spent more time in a laundromat since I purchased this piece of junk.

I have a Maytag washer and refrigerator and have been very disappointed in the machines. About 3 yrs into my washer I got the F1 error and did what the book suggested, and then checked the website and this issue was happening to all washers but Maytag not doing anything to help their customers. Now 5 yrs into my refrigerator the motor for the ice maker that dispenses the ice broke $300 later I can get ice through the door. 3 and 5 yrs may sound like enough years but I am a single person doing laundry about 3 to 4 load a month and I don't use the ice dispenser in the door that much. What happen to appliance lasting like my GE for 10 and 15 yrs with no issues. I will never buy another Maytag appliance again they are not reliable and the manufacturer does not back their machines. I still have to find the $200 plus to get the new board I need for my washer as of now I still take a bowl and add water so my cycles in my washing machine will work!!!!!!!!!!!
