Hello I would like someone to please contact me from the corporate office I have been very offended at your beechgrove location in indianapolis I would like to start here with talking to someone about a experience which took place on 5/3/24 around 8pm eastern time.

I used to eat at Richmond Indiana 4 times per month after 30 minutes in line I asked why the so called managergot smart with me and told me they were learning A new system and I would just have to wait
Is there no training for these people. I am done never wI'll my family EAt there again plus I wont stop telling my friends what a half ass operation this is

Ordered popcorn shrimp and claims got the order and claims were just crumbs I called the store have ticket#2339. Manager told me I just have to deal with it because she can't make another so I returned the food the manager got upset and slammed food n the garbage and said it's a hit or miss somedays we deal with it she had real nasty attitude I have been going to this same store for 9 yrs this is the 1st time an employee acted like this because the order wasn't right she refunded my money but didn't sign the receipt she was not happy that I called and then brought the food back and requested a refund store located in Centerville Ohio ph 937 439 0325

I went to get some food at the 5447 New Cut Road Louisville, KY around 8 pm on 12/28 My family and I got of the car at 745 pm and could not get into the restaurant. Another person said they closed the dinning room early that online it stated they closed it at 8 pm.
So okay we got back into car and went into the drive thru, when we got up to the order menu they person inside said we or only taking Door dash orders and told us we could not be severed, so there we had to sit until the door dash drivers in front of our car had been severed.
My question is if this is standard practice for your stores, I need to know so I do not make the same mistake again.

Customer service nonexistant. I was bilked out of $37 by LJS store in Bellevue NE. Placed online order via web. Received 2 confirmations, on web at time of order, and in an enail a few minutes later. Went to the restaurant to pick up order, was told "we aren't doing online orders" Then why the *%=÷ did they confirm my order TWICE and bill my credit card instantly? Restaurant says they don't do refunds, call corporate. TWO days and 8 messages via their online "contact us" form and using their "complaint voice mail" and no response. Only $37, but a thief is a thief, whether it's a crack whore ripping you off or LJS.

used Uber eats taco bell/ LJS # 029513
on Peoria ave in Peoria az. Food very greasy, almost dripping off the chicken, tasted of old grease.. Some one some where got the order wrong. Not sure if it was LJS or Uber.

Near impossible to make complaints on Long John Silver! Filled out complaint...said can't send till they send me a code no. It counted down, logged me out before they ever emailed me the code! Wouldn't allow me to redo until 24hrs. from now! NOT WAISTING ANOTHER MIN. ON THIS & NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! For "no fish" or chicken either!

Spring, Tx Hwy 2920 location. Entered Nov. 7, 2022, 7:15pm. Waited 10 mins. No one addressed me. 3 other customers enter. Finally rude young girl says "wat." Tried to order family fish pack...rudely told "wat? We ain't got no fish!" Outrageous Manager YELLED at her to go get something. So she simply walked off! Rude young man slowly walked over...same thing, "wat! We ain't got no fish!" No explanation from workers or manager! 3 of us all walked out! No SORRY OR ANYTHING! THINK ANY OF US WILL BE BACK! Lol

Long john silvers..Enid oklahoma closes at 9pm... went in at 830... we can't serve you in the dine in because we close at 9pm.. only drive through.
Close at 9 shouldn't mean you can't come in because we clean at 830....
Turning customers away, even just one really isn't good business... kinda sounds lazy to me...

This is not a complain but instead a praisal, we went thru the drive thru at Long johns in Mount Sterling ky 5-17-2021 and the girl working the drive thru was the nicest I had encountered in while. In every fast food I go to it's like it's killing them to be there or they talk over you or talk too fast but this young girl was professional and nice and spoke clearly and waited until order was placed before asking anything, her name on recess shown as April C and she deserves something for being human these days when everyone else won't even bother working. Way to go April ?

Sunday April 25 at 5pm we ordered L1 the fish was the worst, was it old...maybe. The sides of the fish were so hard you couldnt even chew them. We were so disappointed. The complaint form I found on line won't take the store number but it says it is E720342 on the ticket. We will not be eating there again.

We purchased a family meal. Paid never got a card back..we were at the restaurant at 7:40. Left got home realized we didn't get a card back..
Found out someone at that restaurant took our card and went shopping at the liquor store after closing..
Thief's work at this location in Grand Rapids Michigan .

The drive-thru cashier is just awesome. She spoke clearly, is professional, and incredibly polite. I drove past the promotional billboard so inquired about the deal - she answered my question succinctly, thoroughly, and accurately. Once at the window, I inquired about ApplePay, and she regretfully declined but in a friendly, sincere manner. I also was so impressed b/c somehow from the moment I left the menu (no car in front of me), drove up to the window, and paid - my order was ready! I raved about Charlie P's customer service and friendly professionalism to my mom (who was with me and concurred wholeheartedly), and I immediately relayed the entire positive experience to my partner, who immediately said they would eat at Long John Silver's this week. It's rare these days to receive this caliber of service (efficient, attentive, polite, professional, friendly). And mid-pandemic, no less. Charlie P, properly wearing her mask despite it being the first day of no-mask-mandate in Texas, was just a fresh beam of light and humanity in a place where I least expected it. I submit this customer satisfaction review with high praise foremost for the drive-thru cashier.

went to long j silvers in greer gave cashier $20 she said i gave her a $10 argued with me walked off telling me i gave her a ten mgr counted the draw down she was over i never got an apology. At all not even from the mgr.

Yes l was at your LJS 2 18 2021..at around 7 pm....on Pendleton Pike. I spent $21.80 for the $10 battered 15 shrimp and the 6 piece battered fish....Now l am not one to complain but that grease had to be old or the fish and shrimp had been sitting ...it was dark and dry...very dissatisfied...l tried to call.. No answer wow...

Just got a late lunch at Long John Silver's in El Dorado, KS. I am very upset with how the prices have gone up and the amount of food has gone way down. My husband got 2 pc Fish ML w/fries, slaw & hush puppies. He received 10 SMALL fries, a container of slaw that wasn't anywhere near full and 2 hush puppies the size of my the tip of my thumb. My son got the 2 fish CMB & the hush puppies were also VERY small, I just got 2 pieces of fish. What on earth is happening to your business???? I feel like we could have gone to a restaurant and got a nice meal for what we spent for so little food. I'm just very disappointed in your product.

Years ago there was a Long John Silver restaurant on Sheridan Dr. town of, Tonawanda, ny. Their food & service was great and disappointed when it closed. Your chain is advertising, with coupons in the Buffalo Sunday paper. What a waist of money. The closest location is 33 miles away in Batavia, NY and next closest in Erie, Pa.
we would welcome your chain in a Buffalo north town location again
Save your advertising $ - who is going to travel 33 miles to use a coupon?

Just had My daughter pick up an order for me at the Marion Ohio restaurant 8:00 PM
Dec 17,2019. Let me say I eat there a couple days a week and get the same thing
every time, 6 shrimp 2 fish no fries but double order of coleslaw and almost always
give my server at least a 20% tip, I know they don't see many of those. The two cups
together would hardly make 1 full one. When she mentioned it to the server she was told that's the way the manager wants it. So to get me what I wanted she paid $1.65 for another not full cup. I called and the manager and she said no one else was complaining. If things are that bad I'll spend our money else where. It's not the
money, it's just the ideal of it.

My wife and I went to long John silvers in Batavia traveled from Buffalo we haven't had there food in years since they closed in buffalo we always enjoyed there food then we'll we thought the quality of food isn't the same

On 6/6//2019 i places a order to long john silvers restaurant thru DoorDash
I had issues with my order one the food was very very salty as if someone resulted the meal after it was cooked( reasrants problem) second issue the meal was ice cold( DoorDash problem) they offered a refund of $1.87 off next order , this was never credited , someone is sabotaging orders from long john silvers restaurants.
I was told by my DoorDash driver that they were susprised to get a order for the WestVirginia store
What can be done about these issues.

You have serious service problem today don't know what is going on. One cashier and 2 cooks...there is a line anr people are walking out. The cooks are just looking at each other people are waiting and orders are not being fill. Just heard someone say don't take any more orders...looks like one the guys either had a long night or is stoned! They can't seem to get orders right don't seem to know what to do? Been here 25 minutes still waiting on order there is only 3 people in lobby all others got discouraged waiting in line. I am at Wichita Falls, Tx Maurine street location. Will probably not want to ever come back here.
