We were using a lg smart phone and all of a sudden it got real hot real fast and blew up burning my grandmother's face fingers and leaving glass slivers in her face my grandmother is now scared to even use a phone I contacted lg and they sent us a new phone and I sent back the melted broke phone along with picture's of her face and a letter for them to offer compasation and it's been almost 2 months and and I haven't even herd from them at all but it's ok and yes lg, my 80 yr old grandmother is doing just fine now except being afraid of phones

When My Lg Washer And Dryer Was Delivered I Never Recieved An Owners Manual For Each Unit. Washer,small Washer, Dryer. And Lowes Could Not Provide Them. Please Send These To Me By Mail.

I have a complaint on my LG Washing Machine WT5270CW. I have had numerous error codes come up withing the last 3 -4 months, I called repair service department and did the things they told me to do.

I've gave them the error codes, this last error code was a default motor and you scheduled service, 1st was National Platinum service company, 2 days later I contacted them and they advised they had

not received a work order, I called LG Service they appoliged that they didn't send out a work order, 2 days later no service, I called LG again and was told the work order was accidental deleted

and set up new repair with A & E Service, they have been out twice, part of the diagnostic computer error was fixed, a water leak was in the bleach area, I was told this was suppose to be because of

the dispersant of bleach, it held water that hadn't happened before, 3 days later the machine was filling up with water, I called LG again, they put on the work order the machine was not filling

with water -WRONG. It would not stop filling water, the machine was turned off and it still continued to fill up with water. A & E came out this week for 2 weeks in a role, and found the inlet valve

was not working in the bleach area, I had told them on the first order it water in the part of machine, they ordered the part and told me the product had to be ordered and they would be out on

2-28-17 to replace the defected part, 3 weeks from this home visit - unacceptable, it shouldn't be that long. I called Lowe's and explained my complaint, they advised me since I had the machine

longer than 3 months they couldn't replace it, I complained they gave me Lowe's Service Advantage and I called them, explained the problem, they said they had to have a replacement authorization

from LG in order for them to pick up this defected machine and replace it with a new one, they sent a email to LG service department with all the details of my concerns and un-satisfied customer,

they denied the replacement authorization. I called Lowe's this morning and was advised LG denied this request. I call LG service department and complained and I really got upset, without any

success of guarantee of a LG product, I really got mad and started cussing, ( which I'm appologing now) they made a call to A & E Service, they stated the part was received today and they would put

me on their schedule, so that means I have to wait until next week for them to come out to replace the hose. LG said they were only in charge of repairs and they would not authorized a return /

replacement approval . This can be issued for my complaints and machine error codes that I have had since last fall (November I believe was this first call, I'm not sure) LG said their records

weren't showing dates, either way your machine doesn't work properly and I should not have to keep calling for error codes, I want this machine replaced with a new one. My year warranty will expired

5-28-17, the manual states I have a 10 year warranty on the motor, I would have to pay for the service calls. This should not have to happen on a brand new machine, you should honor your product and

satisfied the customers. I want you LG company to give AUTHORIZATION to Lowe's to allow them to pick up this bad washing machine and bring me a new one, or you can give me a refund for both my

washier and dryer and I will buy another brand, I also want a pain & suffering headache refund for all of the problems given to me my by LG. I expect you to honor my requests and stand by as a good

manufacture and for selling good products. My phone number, address, etc. will be provided to you, so you can arrange replacem

Im very disappointed in the lg appliances we purchased in July 2013. We have had nothing but trouble with every item that we haven't even had for four years!! Right now our dishwasher has been not working for four months because it needs a new circuit board costing over $200. The refrigerator keeps on having an issue with the ice maker fan. This has been the third time we have had to unplug it to fix the problem. The washer has also errored out a couple times were we have had to unplug it to reset it so it would work again and now the oven is not working on our stove with an error F9. I really would like a response back. I feel that I got ripped off by your company.

I purchased a stove 4 months ago and it stopped working. Lg has sent a technician out 3 times and he has not been able to fix the stove. Then the 4th time the technician had to cancel because Lg did not send the part, it was still in transit. When I call they just keep telling me that I have to wait for the technician to try to fix my stove again, how many time is it goig to take may the fourth time is a charm. The technician is off for the next two days and customer service support said that he is the only one in my area that can fix my stove. I'm very very frustrated, I have a family that I need to cook for. I am very disappointed in poor quality of service that me and my family has received from Lg andbecause of this I will never ever purchase another Lg product again.

I have a LG phone charger for my LG G5. I was charging my phone and the port that I plug the phone into burned. Do you have a recall on them?

I would definitely think twice about recommending this company products. They have terrible customer service and support if something goes wrong with their product it's not covered under warranty even if it is the condition of their product design.

I am beyond frustrated with LG Electronics USA!! I have been dealing with them since December 19, 2016 in regards to a broken microwave. The product is less than a year old and does not work. Everytime I call customer service it's always one excuse after another! ! I have called 4 times since then with no return phone call or anything! Obviously they do not care about their customers or the product they are selling! I will never buy another LG product again, and I strongly recommend you do not either! Horrible horrible experience, and I'm still without a microwave oven. I'm DONE with this company!

I have bought your LD106FSD0 in March, 2014 and only used during most humid days in Hong Kong which should not be more than 20 times. However, the display panel is out of order and cannot operate with the power button. This is a rare case to have display panel be out of order in such a short time. My last Panasonic has been used for over 10 years without any repair and I changed just for its old age for healthy consideration. As a famous Korean brand, I do feel disappointed to have such problem. I have paid inspection fee and your HK office said to charge me for another HK$720 for the display panel. I think this is unreasonable since this is your poor quality control problem. I strongly request that you should replace the panel free of charge! I have been complaining to your HK Office and their reply is terribly slow. Your HK staff phoned me on 22 Dec. and promised to send me written explanation, but no reply up to now!!!!!!!!

I bought a lg 65 inch tv not even a year ago! And both hdmi ports are screwed up Highly disappointed in my used to be favorite tv manufacture!!!!

After being on hold for an hour and a half I was told to drive back home (was home first 45 min but had to get to work) to perform a diagnostic yes and then call back and hold another hour. Won't send repair man and it's the top of the line LG dryer. Ridiculous.

LG customer service is awful. My smart phone would not turn on and att told me it was under warranty and to send it back. I did and never heard from them till I called a month later. They then told me since my screen was cracked the warranty was void. They admitted a cracked screen had nothing to do with the phone not starting but the warranty is still void since I didn't take care of my phone. I was put on an endless loop and no one ever picked up. Customer service is in the Philippines and no option to speak to anyone in the us
I will never buy a LG product again.

This company lies and scams people. The glass on my mothers range top cracked. She is in her late 70's and needed her stove top replaced quickly so she could cook her meals. I called LG directly in an effort to locate a local service company that could come quickly and replace the part for her. I made the mistake of assuming they could send me to a reputable service person in the area. LG located my mother's information quickly as she had registered her range with them. They recommended Dynasty Appliances in Grand Rapids Michigan. They told me that I needed to pre-pay for the service - $265 for them to set the appointment. It seemed odd but I agreed because we were in a pinch. I was told the service person would arrive the following Tuesday between 1-5. Tuesday came around and the service person never showed. We tried calling Dynasty multiple times that day and no one answered the call. Called LG again that evening and they "connected" with Dynasty. LG claimed that Dynasty came to my mothers house for the service call but no one answered the door. This was a lie.
They said that they would send Dynasty back the next day with a window of 10-12. Again, Dynasty never showed. We called LG again and at this time, asked to be credited for the bogus service call. They said that they would issue the credit. The credit never appeared on my card. I called LG again today (10 days later) and they placed me on a bunch of extended holds and proceeded to transfer me all over the place until I finally landed in their extended warranty division. I was told by quite possibly, the rudest women I have EVER encountered on a service call, that I had purchased some type of extended warranty that day and not a service call. Again - this was a complete lie. She then informed me that I would not be receiving a credit. I was truly shocked when I realized that I had been scammed by what I thought was a reputable company. I cannot believe that LG would engage in such deceptive business practices. I will never purchase an LG product EVER. I am currently disputing this whole ordeal with my credit card company. I am thankful that Chase will take on dishonest companies like this one.

Dishwasher was delivered 25 August. By October 31 it was broken. LG first said it was installation issue. Installer proved it was not and said it was defective. LG keeps saying they have to try and repair first before replacing. Since then I have a repair agent who ordered the parts but LG will not give him delivery time frame. I call him and he says I have to talk to LG. I call LG and they try to call vendor but never succeed. It is now 2 December and I do not have a working dishwasher. I call upset and all they would do is quote me the process. Then the guy assigned me a new company that will call in 3-5 days to come look at it and hung up when I objected at the lack of a resolution. Last LG product I will ever own.

Purchased a washer, I never received the call for the scheduled delivery time, after spending 2 hrs on the phone, with HD, they were able to tell me that the truck was stolen and I would not get my delivery. A day later LG calls to tell me that they didn't have my washer and the earliest they could replace it was in 2 months! The customer service rep was less than helpful, rude, and just kept making excuses. LG needed to do better than this. Will not purchase another of their products.

I bought a new LG REBEL at Walmart and purchased a $20 air time card But after WalMart employee activated my phone I could call but never could send nor receive text messages. I've talked to 5 customer reps even received a new SIM card but no text messages yet. Already had to buy more air time because of staying on phone with customer service and Wal Mart hasn't helped. Any help would be appreciated.

I just purchased a LV20 the phone gets very hot so I called the store I purchased it from and ask them if it is normal for the phone to over heat. He told me it was normal for the screen to get warm because the phone is a powerful phone. I wanted to know if it is normal because i could be on the phone for only 5mins sometimes and it get very warm to warm to put next to my face.

Whenever I watch videos in my gallery, the brightness automatically goes all the way down. And I know there is a way to fix this but when I am watching the video, it does not let me press anything, not even the home or back button, unless I restart my phone or finish the video. Help please

I Have A Lg G Stylo, Brought It From Wal-mart...service Thru, Family-mobile(t-mobile)
1st Complaint: Cannot Receive Or Send Pictures Thru Phone Messenger...:(
2dn Complaint:I Forgot My Unlock Passcode For My Screen Unlock...and I've Researched And Called Everyone....every One Tells Me To Do A Factory Reset....but I Absolutely Don't Want To Lose All My Info/photos/ect.... I Know There Has To Be Another Way....
Suggestion: Make A Way To Unlock The Phones Without Having To Have The Actual Unlock Code As Long As The Customer Provides The Correct Information.....

Also...it Won't Let Me To A Factory Reset....anyways....seriously...wtf!!!! And Then When I Talked To Someone Else...they Told Me To Send It Into The Freaking Lg Company....screw That...just Reset My Screenlock. I Shouldn't Have To Lose Allhow my Memories Just Cause You Guys Want To Make A Few Dollars....

So your phones are really only designed to last a year? WHAT a racket!!! Beacuse your LG G3 phone decided to perform an update, it fried my phone... now you wanna charge me to repair it? You should be ashamed of your product and your business ethics. If I produced a product that died after a year I'd be figuring out how to fix that for free. People are going to naturally upgrade their phone to the most recent and newest gadget we can get... you charging to repair your problem is ridiculous and I'll never buy another on of your phones again!
