You show your page as free, game one takes time to make your profile exits that have membership and that is a misleading advertisement. I have a photo where touting "free Register Now"
However it asks me to fill a membership mandatory. Is not that unfair?I picture your ad that says become a member free.

I purchased eharmony via iTunes. They took the $250 but are still asking me to upgrade? Why isn't it working?

I have not used eharmony for at least one year. I cancelled. Noticed I am still being charged. I'm sure you make it this hard to cancel to make money. I have tried and tried. I just changed my password and couldn't even sign on. Please stop this nonsense and a hefty refund is certainly due but not expected. I am living out of the country so please help me. I AM Not and WILL Not be using eharmony.

I am trying to cancel my subscription to eharmomy and the instructions say that on your billing tab there is an option to click cancel or close account just under autorenewal info. This option isn't on my tab! How convenient. I will contact my bank and refuse further withdrawals. Eharmony is a rip off.

My credit card was charged when I should not have been. I checked off the box on the app that asked whether I wanted to renew.
I find this site cumbersome and have been sent matches that I would never be interested in. I was told that "the Box" isn't the stop all that I should have been let to another app. this is pure harassment. I will begin a class action suit againt eharmony.
any of you whom feel they were incorrectly charged please email me at [email protected] come together and make this stop!!!

I just noticed that I am still being charged and I requested to not keep my subscription. It shouldn't have been re opened in June. Please rectify this and return two months of charges.

this is an awful dating site. The people on my profile were out of state and out of my area. the first month there were matches every day. between june9 and june 25th there was only one match. i am not even going to comment on how awful that match was. i would like to request a refund for whatever time i have remaining. i called in a few weeks ago and your telephone person was awful. they could not answer any of my questions and i could barely understand him the noise in the background of the boiler room he was working out of was awful

Just for your information, I have NOT violated any terms or conditions! I've done things BY THE BOOK for the last 3 years or so, but every "match" you send me seemss to be "outside" what I'm looking for.
And just today, you sent me 21 - I REPEAT - 21 potential matches. Why bother if you think I've broken your commandments? Is eH interested in matching people or keeping them under your thumb???
I've done nothing wrong, but yet you just STOPPED my ability to log on.
Either lift the block or give me my money back!

I'm Brazilian, not fluent in English but I hope i can make people to undetstand this site is a fake. I payed 3 months and 2 weeks later I already knew they are not working for you. I got 6 messages and sent 5 however i didn't get an answer of none of them. I'm attractive, smart, active, slander, they can not blame me. Everyday I ligin and there are 6 old messages. Money back? Don't think about it. I'm convinced they have to be sue. You pay for a work they have to do theur part or money back. Thiefs

I am vey disappointed with this site and am finding it difficult to get someone to verify that I don't want to renew. The gentleman on the phone said I can't cancel til my 3months is up. Why can't you take that I want to not renew and tag my account not to renew

It sucks that you offer no customersupport. You also don't even try to match people in terms of compatibility or stay within area boundaries. you don't deliver what you advertise

I just joined eHarmony and I am completely lost. I thought I was paying with my Visa Account and gave you the info you requested. But something from PayPal came thru saying I was paying thru them. Can you help me solve this mess: I have no idea what PayPal is???

Too, I am going to be moving in about a month or 2, but hopefully my Visa PO Box billing address will stay the same..

Tried to answer a contact's questions, every time I try to enter match's profile it comes up with a hicup. Not sure why?
