Your Chipolte in Rye Brook NY is badly mismanaged. Dirty and on two occasions I had to point out that the polite, but poorly trained staff was undercharging me. While the staff is polite the manager, Jennifer, is extremely rude and really should be replaced. I did not bother to complain until a number of people on our neighborhood blog expressed similar views. Although further away we go to the Chipolte in Mamaroneck NY as it is much better managed.

I went to chipotle at 2427 Valley View Ln. When I walked in the restaurant I noticed it was four people sitting down eating I didn't know that one of them was the manager until I left but I'll get to that part when I walked in the place was horrible it was food all over the counter it's a very nasty restaurant I will never return he rang me up gave me my change and set my bowl down on the counter didn't offer me a spoon or anything and the sad part about it is he didn't even put it in a bag this place is very unprofessional I will not be returning So I get in my car and go through the drive-through so I can get a spoon in a bag for my food because I was very upset here comes the manager walking up chewing food I don't know where to get these people from but I need to close down this place because it's nasty on the inside when I tell you food was everywhere it was everywhere all over the front line this is very unprofessional they need a new manager there and I need to close that place down

This company is fraud. I order online pick up from there website and they sent the order to wrong location and charged me for it. I called the location and told me to contact them online that they cant refund me that it went threw the website which is a lie, a different location at a different time did it before for an order that was made wrong. The minnetonka mn manager refused to give me customer service number, nor would let me talk to the owner or management above him, which everyone knows they have. I emailed customer support twice and not once got an email back or call back. This is the last time i will ever order them, which i normally order from them all the time. The way they treat their customers is absurd. Now i get to call my card company and report fraud on them that they refuse to contact and refund me.

Hello, I was really craving a burrito and cane in a very slow line only two costumers ahead of me. There was two managers working I noticed because of the collared shirts. The line was dirty and pinto beans super dry there was no brown rice or corn, the items on line weren't restocked there was no more pico or lettuce. Since the line cook was scraping out I decided just to get cheese. My burrito stood there waiting for a manager to roll. I asked if I could just roll it to hurry it up then the manager said no u can't touch it and grabbed it from my hand. She said it was the policy and I don't know the policy that avoids me from touching my own food I asked her to put it in a plate so I can roll it and she said no I'll roll it, the boys on the line we're nice and it's not their fault that the line was dirty and the food didn't look appetizing or fresh. But if there's two managers and you don't close until two hours why would the three costumers you have, have to wait for the burrito to get cold and can't get what they want simply because you aren't doing your job?

I have been to the Green Hills location in Nashville twice recently and on both occasions there was a long wait (if you desired to wait) because they were out of rice. Since rice is one of the most, if not the most, important food item on the menu, this seemed totally ridiculous. I have been a regular customer of Chipotle since they opened in Nashville, and it troubles me to see such incompetence and poor business sense on the part of management. Checking the overall low customer service rating, Chipotle definitely needs to fix the problems. I don't won't to go there and find a sign that reads "GONE OUT OF BUSINESS".

We stood in line at Mcknight Rd, Pgh location for 30 minutes. When it was our turn to order they were out of white rice, chicken and grilled vegetables. The worker Moses was very rude, had a major attitude and said he had 30 people in line after us and not to give " him " attitude that he didn't let people know they were out of these items! The least he could've done was to announce to everyone that they were out of these food items so we didn't wait for no reason. I was really Taken back at the lack of consideration to correct the missing food items and attitude this worker displayed. Moses lacked Customer service skills is a very poor representation of this company

I called to cancel my food because the order went through twice online, they canceled it and the second order was never delivered. I was charged for two bowls still, if I had known I'd have to pay for it anyway I would have had it delivered and saved. I would like my money refunded.

I went to pick my order up from your white plains New York location and my order wasn't ready. When they said they'd make it they insisted on taking the line before making my order!!!

The restaurant in Middletown, RI staff consists of ignorant, rude young people. The managers are not trained, unprofessional and very immature. I ordered online for delivery. The delivery was on time but the order was messed up, missing items and cold. The food quality and quantity was pathetic. My staff and I have been very disappointed with this location. I immediately called the manager who promised a refund that day, I never received it so I called the following week to have three people tell me they were the manager and my refund would be submitted. Not yet. This is unacceptable. I am calling again I want my refund.

I was at the Belmont chase location in Ashburn Virginia last evening. There was quite a line for 7:00 pm. There were at least 25 people on line. The workers and the manager were filling online orders and not taking care of the customers in the store. We waited at least 20 mins with 8 people in front of us. I had to approach the counter, ask for a manager and express my concern about the lack of consideration for the location customers. If this is the new policy at chipotle, it might be time to go somewhere else.

I live in San Diego and visit Chipotle on a regular basis. Always great food and friendly service. My favorite locations are La Jolla Village Square and Pacific Beach.

96 White Bridge Rd ste 103, Nash TN....I placed online order @ 6:01p email receipt said would be ready @ 6:16p. I went to store they barely acknowledged me, did not have my order ready, said they did not get an online order (yet I am charged on my credit card). I did not have time to argue as I was picking up food on my way to work. I later called the store and spoke with Shauntel the mgr and she said she could not refund and her records indicated my order was picked up...Worst service ever and they lied about order being picked up.

I am requesting a full refund of my online payment in the amount of $37.38 on August 7 to the Decatur, GA 30030, Chipotle (on West Ponce de Leon Ave, Decatur, GA 30030). When i arrived at the store at 6:15PM on August 7, 2019, the electricity was off and the store was unable to fill my order. I did not receive any of my order.

I was recently at the Chipotle in Northbrook, Ill. I had asked an employee a question about a promotion, to which she rudely answered and did not further explain the answer. During checkout, I asked the cashier the same question in order to clarify, when the employee I formerly spoke to interrupted, creating a bit of a scene; drawing attention of other customers. I asked someone if I could speak to a manger, as it turns out, the employee who initiated the issue was the manager, whose name I believe is Roxanna.

We have been continually disappointed with the food we have received from this particular Chipotle. The restaurant was filthy! The garbage overflowing every time we have been there to the point that we have to stack our garbage on top of garbage outside of the can. The food was cold and the chips are always stale. The queso was so thick that we couldn't even dip the stale chips in it. We have been to other locations that are far superior. Just thought you should know.

Just went to the Sandusky Ohio Chipotle. The manager needs to be sat down and reamed. The place is filthy. The guy filling the orders has no idea what he's doing. They're out of napkins. Out of half of the utensils and it's 12:22. Come on.

Terrible service at my location tonite. The girl skipped through a bunch of options and was quick to close my bowl. I had my kids there and didn't realize that my favorite item was missing from my salad. There was only one other person behind me so there was no reason for it. I didn't realize until I got home. Very disappointed.

Hi! I wanted to let you know that your store in Akers Mill, Atlanta, Georgia always has an incredibly long line, the counters where the food is served are not very clean. Tonight, I went at 6:30 pm 10/9 and they were out of brown rice and barbacoa. 3 people that were in line in front of me left because one of the people using the cash register with a gloved hand, went right from the register to serving food...may have been the manager. I love your food, but this restaurant in particular is not very neat or clean.
