I am terribly terribly disappointed in my ring. Bob Mackie Golden Glamour. My husband had sent the order in for this ring before he passed away on 1/15/15. I received this ring Friday 2/5/16. It hasn't even been worn and it's tarnished looks like a baubbke him ring. I would like my money back and will never purchase this cheap jewelry from your company again. Regards Amy Cimellaro-Cook.

I ordered a bracelet back in December and I still haven't received it yet. There isn't any phone number that works. This makes me very uneasy and feels like a scam. I paid it in full. I sent them an email hope to here from them.

I Ordered the Love you to the moon and back jewelry box for my granddaughter at the first part of December. I was promised it would be here. Its January 19th and I still don't have it and have not received one email or call letting me know but my account was sure charged!!

Their service sucks. Will never order from them again. I used this company for years, use to be good but they are now a horrible company to deal with. Buyer Beware!!!!

I attempted to call the phone # noted and it's NG. I tired to send them an email and it would not let me due to info missing.. I did not order an item, i wanted to inquire about an item my daughter saw for 99$ in stock on her iphone. When I go to the website on my internet at home, it's 199.00. I really want to order the item for my daughter why are the prices different? So not far.

I ordered checks through these folks and the emails will not stop coming. As soon as I delete one, another one shows up. This is harassment. Bradford Stop harassing me. Im not interested in your junk!!! And from the looks at all these comments, neither is anyone else.

I had ordered a wedding band trio set in middle October and was assured that I would have it by christmas. I call about it in middle November and they tell me it should ship December 3rd. Now I have gotten a letter in the mail saying it won't ship until march. I am very unhappy with this. I went on the website and it still shows that you can order it it doesn't show any delays and that it is in stock. So I don't understand what the problem is if someone can email me and explain to me the problem I would appreciate it

I received a package in the mail from you that I had canceled. With no name on the box and expecting many catalog orders I opened Just the envelope peeked in and saw it was from you. I took it to the post office and because I peeked in the envelope, I had to pay $9.95 to have it shipped back. I paid to have something shipped back that I wasn't suppose to get in the first place. I would like a refund for my shipping.

I only purchase the Christmas specials however after reading the reviews I would never EVER purchase anything from them one must be aware when ordering there is not a phone number on the return order document.

I received the Sedona Sky ring several months ago & the feathers on each side of the ring had spurs on them that dug into my fingers.
I sent it back & requested a refund, but instead they sent me another rind that has the same issue. Now I have to send this one back & hopefully they will give me my REFUND. NOT happy with the quality of their jewelry!!!!
The other items I have ordered have been very nice!!!!

REBECCA MILES- In have finally talked with a person in Customer Service named "Tanu". After writing to Bradford and trying to cancel the $1 pieces with a charge of $49.95 each, I have actually spoken with someone. Tanu said they would issue a return authorization for this last overcharged item and I can get rid of it and the $49.95 charge and they will not send me anymore. Listen everyone- don't order any their things because the charges are too high and they aren't worth it. A $1 Susan B Anthony piece can be picked up for much less at a reputable company.

Your ad for the "Family of Love" Personalized Birthstone Pendant pictures it 2" High. Nowhere in the ad does it state that this is not actual size. However, your web site shows it as 1" high, which is half the size. I was about to order it when I discovered the discrepancy, THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING!

I'm, Sarah Saut, I'm writing again to tell You to CANCEL my 2nd Monet Centerpiece. I'm not PLEASED with the quality of this product. I've ordered many things from you and I was happy with the quality, but I could of made one of these probably for $40.00!!! From a craft store. I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS COMING FROM CHINA, SO IT WAS MADE VERY CHEAP, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! PLEASE CANCEL MY 2nd one or I'll just return to sender if it arrives!!!! I did contact my credit card company!!
