I bought an insignia tv 2 months ago. The button on the remote doesn't work and Amazon contacted you. I called..my info was taken and i was put on hold firever snd the representitive never came back I waited 30 minutes and hung up. . Thus is unacceptable. I need my remote replaced ad Amazon promised but am not calling back and dealing with terrible customer service
