I was just in your DC parts location in Ontario, Ca located on Philedelphia st. There were 5 counter persons, three were busy and "Tom" And "Romeo" were sitting there staring at their computers. And ignoring me, apparently this is what they do according to a couple employees, Tom called me up. "Next customer please" I walked up to the counter and he still ignored me. "Romeo" had his name tag on upside down. This is unacceptable Service. Also I had a hidden camera on my person. And I will be sending random customers in there to "Mystery Shop" with video, and any further bad customer service from this location, Including my experience will be posted online and bad service. This will also be included in our nationwide project. Which will also be airing in a new series on Television. As well as netflix. I suggest you reprimand these two associates. On a better note, there were Two OTHER associates that took over and helped me, these two are the kind of employees you should have working there. Their name were Rose, and Jeff. I highly recommend you do something about the bad customer service.
