I have a Home Mortgage with US Bank since Dec 2012 and already want to take my business elsewhere. I called the Toronto, Ohio office and spoke with Natalie about getting a credit card on a Tue. She took all my info and said she would call me back. I called several, several times and I keep getting "she is with a customer", "she is on the other line" I have left my name and number at least 10 times and NO RETURN CALL................I recommend NOT going to US Bank for anything. Customer Service there is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
