this is the worse place to deal with I have not got any results from anyone. I am going to report them to the better business bureau. And see if that will get any results. Its pretty bad when someone else charges on your card to this company and they cant do anything about it.!!!!!!

hello I have a refund coming from many charges to my account from someone else that I have found. back in Dec 2017. my ref # is 248845802 My name Kathleen Thiry and the charges are from another person. I have talked to many other people and they have told me that I have to wait 2 months for this refund check well it has been more that 2 months and I want to know where is my check? I called and spoke with a gentleman with an accent. He understood my concern and problem and after verifying who I was indicated that I would receive corrected information in about 7 days. Took about 10 minutes. If all goes well, I'm thrilled.

One of the worst customer service providers I have ever dealt with. The employees are incompetent and cant even take basic data to assist you. non of the employees are american or speak English. all have thick accents and are hard to understand. they cant even find data in there own credit reports. America are we sure this is who should handle , issue, or regulate our credit? i think not. this company cant be trusted in any fashion.

I'm going to say this one more time, if my money is not refunded into my account, I will have my lawyer take care of this situation. Transunion has taken money from me even after I've cancelled my membership. Your company has taken 17.99 from me for the past 6 or 7 months. I cancelled my membership months ago! Contact me

I have tried at least 5 times to contact someone to discuss a letter I received regarding someone trying to open a PayPal Credit account in my late husband's name. Neither my husband nor I have ever applied to PayPal. I could not speak with anyone and I will not put my Social Security number on the computer where it certainly can be hacked. What kind of crazy service do you provide to consumers? Awful!

I called and asked to speak to someone in the US. I was transferred immediately to a call center in the US and got immediate resolution to my problem.

I signed up for 1$ free credit report and then cacelled the same day. Now Trans union is debiting my checking account for a monthly fee. Please stop a rip off I will be contacting BBB authorities. I have sebt several emails to opt out of this .

"Customer Service" calls are answered in Asia with people who know nothing more than you should know. They ask lots of questions, blame you and if none of that works, transfer to someone who actually knows something. That process takes at minimum 30 minutes. The person who knows something isn't going to do anything either. They are probably the worst company I have to do business with.

Horrible!! Talked to 2 reps and both experiences were awful! I could not understand either of them. I asked for someone who could speck English and all he did was keep asking for my Social Security number. I have been turned down for several jobs because of an item on my report that should not be there, even though the rest of my credit report is excellent. Shame on you Transunion for messing with the lives of honest hard working people and outsourcing from other countries!

I spoke with 2 customer service reps and they gave me conflicting info as regarding verifying my account.. Now I am more confused than before and I really need this done this week.
I sent this documents to [email protected] on 23rd October, Thursday and have called twice to verify the update and was told to wait 1 more day. I called now and was told the email address that it should be sent to was not that but rather [email protected].
I am currently confuse because I don't know what to believe any more as different reps tells me different things. I decided to send it again to both emails. I would appreciate a feedback if this has come to the correct department. I really need to verify my account as I need it for a loan application this week.

I Tried To Get My Free Once A Year Credit Report & All It Printed Out Was Part Of The 14 Pages, It Would Not Let Me Go Any Farther I Also Need Equafax, I Was Able To Receive Experian. I Really Need This. Thank You

This is one of the most inept credit reporting co. out there. Little of their information is correct, and they have no willingness to correct it. There is no method to reach them, or try to provide the truth to them, they don't want to know. So, they will continue posting lies, partial trues about your credit history, and let you be judged by everybody who looks at it. You'd have to make the earth rotate vertically before they will listen to you.

The inaccurate negative information on my credit report seems impossible to correct and remove. As the victim of Identity Theft I have been extremely frustrated with the process of removing fraudulent info placed on my file by the three credit agencies. Even paying a Credit Repair company has been only somewhat successful, the creepy incorrect info just re-appears again. To make matters worse, there are positive items that are not mine either that I cannot remove. Why do companies wanting to verify credit history rely on the 3 credit agencies?

WORSE CALL I HAVE EVER MADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The guy could not even speak English, it took me to just about to start yelling to even get him to shut up about the monitoring service to even ask my question. Then it still wasn't answered. Why is this company so hard to deal with?

Refuse to investigate request and updating with incorrect information has been prevalent in my contacts with Transunion. My experience has been horrible because of the wrong updated entries that are made on the consumer report which shows that no investigation was done.

CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT:

They don't make it easy to find, but this did actually work. If you call the 800 number it will tell you to do this.

- Login to your account
- Click "Help" on the upper right hand side
- Click "Payment" which is near the middle under the "FAQ" tab
- Scroll to the bottom and you will see this:

How can I cancel my membership?
The easiest way to terminate your membership is by talking to a Customer Service Team Member at (800) 493-2392.
Customer Service is available:
Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to Midnight
Friday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Eastern Time

You may also terminate your membership here

Obama, when is he going to get to work on
important issues?

Important!!!! Credit Bureaus. I'm not
sure anything has improved in recent years.
Few things impact Americans to the extent
their credit does - and we're all but helpless in correcting matters.

Another question - Why are the credit bureaus
based outside of the U.S.? How about some
answers Mr. Cordray????

Very disappointed when I signed up for this service I spoke to a person that spoke clear english. Now that I have a question all I can reach are non english speaking reps. I will cancell my membership and go with a company that hires and conducts business in the United States of America. This is where I live, this is where I work and this is where TranUnion portrays itself to be. Have wasted part of my day trying to get thru to someone I can understand. Not good!
