Customer service at NEC is horrible. The people you talk to on the phone are rude, use sarcasm, and speak to customer as though they are idiots. They are not professional and if there were any choices in my service area, I would change to another company in a second.

Dear sir I just bought the new phone system and completely dissatisfied with customer service can I get an NEC technician to call me so we could get our new SL 1100 phone system perfectly running. The people that sold it to us Are completely ignoring customer service And don't want to help me get it programmed correctly We need Necu technician to call me because I don't want to talk to the People who sold it to us anymore. Which was Digitcom
