Hello I had purchase a stroller and a car seat and the stroller is broken it does not open the right way I spent about $500 on the system I need someone to contact me I would like a replacement I will send the old one and please contact me as soon as possible thank you

I feel really cheated i ordered my chicco urban 6-1 and my key fit 30 car seat all my friends got a free color pack with the stroller purchase yet i didnt and i want to know why i feel like the money sent over 700 i should get on also

looking for manual to put in the straps ... I have a Chicco mamma 18 years old and do not now enaymore how to put them into the seat. thenks

no good for communication. I have a faulty product with a safety issue and no one to contact about it. i have e-mailed on several occassions but no reply.
