My wife and I divorced; we have four kids who now reside with me, their father. We live hundreds of miles from the nearest chase-morgan branch. Because of financial and educational circumstances, my kids (15-18yrs)had their accounts closed. However, I was not on the account, and thus, my kids had to make contact individually. After closing the accounts, two months later, JP morgan has not yet sent back the funds from their accounts. Getting hold of anyone at JP is a joke. I tried to resolve it today (16 june) but they would not speak with me after many attempts to contact them. Their system makes it difficult to speak with a live person, and when I asked to speak with a specialist, they refuse to discuss with me why my kids have not received their monies. If I was financially stable and wanted to invest, I would stay clear of this business. The reps are rude and not helpful at all. Besides, Who wants to bank with a group that is mostly automated.
