Whelp I guess I have to add MSI to my list of "do not buy from again" companies.
After wasting an hours of my life trying to get to a live person regarding my broken notebook, I have come to the conclusion to just eat the $450 and go buy a different brand.
From now on I'm calling customer service before I buy. If they let you stay on hold for 20 minutes followed by non stop ringing or a voice mailbox then I will purchase a different brand.
