Track phone service for Safelink is running scams!!! Every month I have had to call customer service because I get a prompt saying "Oh no looks like you have run out of minutes, call to buy more" and I still have minutes left. After calling last month to get it straightened out I had over 9900 minutes and less than a month later I have none left. NO WAY! When I call to get help I get a foreign voice I can't hear or understand well and I have to USE SOMEONE ELSE'S PHONE TO GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT which uses up their minutes. It always takes a long time and they tell me it's a programming problem on their end. Every month??? T
And they keep changing my refill date which is further a scam. We are supposed to have unlimited free minutes and text during Covid but it never seemed to work right since I signed up for it. It is OUTRAGEOUS!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!
