7/14/20 12:57pm, I called for service, my tv screen was blackout. On 8/4/20, World Electronics picked up my TV. I called Dionisio Medina TV repair guy 8/28/20, 9/11/20, 9/17/20, 9/18/20, 9/25/20. Dionisio said he will call me back everytime. Some info relayed was that a company call USA is supposed to send me a tV from California, but the place is closed due to Wildfire. I called JVC again, they said a manager would get in contact with me (last week), nothing happened, I called 9/25/20 and the agent said, no one has done anything about the status of your account. I asked for a supervisor on the phone, agent said he can't get me no supervisor and there is only an email that is allowed. JVC has my TV and my money. I need a refund of $216.49, ASAP. I will never buy a TV from JVC. JVC has stolen my money. I will give you one week, then I'm filing with civil court to help rectify the situation. From the first day I called, I have never received an email, I have told that everytime I called and no one checks to see if the email was written wrong. Please call me or email asap.
