I have been trying to speak with someone from customer service regarding a reoccurring charge on my credit card of $24.99 per month for a service I had never signed up for. I have only received emails back and have been unable to resolve my issue. I am requesting this "service" to be cancelled on my account and have requested a refund of $250 to my credit card. I have followed the instructions trying to cancel this service via my uber app and am unable to get anywhere. I am furious and frustrated with the lack of customer service and inability to speak with anyone
