I have a broken foot and need wheelchair help. From Spokane to Seattle I was helped and treated great. When I got to Detroit no one was there to greet me. Tried to flag down 2 different attendant's both said they didn't have time and would send someone. No one came so I walked down with my foot in a boot cast to try and make my flight found a delta ticket agent and she called and ask for help to come. No one did! She called 10min later and they claimed no one called. Finally a manager showed up and apologized gave me a $15 voucher wheeled me to my new gate. I missed my flight. I now had to wait for 5 hrs for the next flight. He assured me he'd check on me regularly. NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN! 4 hrs later I hobbled to my gait using the wheelchair he left. This isn't service and a 15 dollar food voucher doesn't cover the enept handling of the situation.
