I've been trying to get a brand new LG fridge that still has the plastic on it, fixed with no luck. It has a short in it. The repairman says it needs to be replaced. LG tell me the repairman needs to come back out and call the tech line while he is in front of the fridge. LG told the repairman to start by replacing the mother board and fan motor, if that doesn't work then to call them while he's with the fridge. The repairman is still waiting on those parts. I'm frustrated! And out to buy a new fridge so I don't lose another month of rent! I'll never buy another LG product!
