I don't know who will rate this company 5 stars but good for you all. This Asurion is committing theft by deception taking premiums and harassing customers for affidavits and ID and not filling claims because we refuse to be held liable for their bad business practices. If customers can't verify PIN there's no need to move forward on claims. I'm a customer that verified my PIN and address and sent them the ridiculous documentation and I still had a unprofessional no class having representative to hang up the phone in my face. Because I asked her why are we having to send affidavits and ID because of their bad business practices. Anybody can get another person's address from all types of sources but people can't get in your brain where your PIN exists. Besides who will go to that extreme to get a phone on someone else's account. Its unheard of. Asurion commits fraud in that they collect insurance premiums monthly and will not replace damaged phones without hassling consumers. That's criminal theft by deception and it's bad business.
