My RCA music system RS2929B won't play CDs anymore and I have only had the system since May 2017. How can I return this item? I went back to Target to return "it" and they told me to contact the manufactor. Every phone number on the web site just hangs up or will not connect with anyone at all. I am hoping you can help me. (please)
