The phone number given on this site does not work. December 2016 I bought a 24" tv/dvd combo for my bedroom. In April 2017 the picture became scrambled. After some difficulty I contacted the RCA warranty support and sent the required receipts/serial number/model number, etc. A repairman was sent to my house a few weeks later and was unable to repair the set. I have tried constantly since then to resolve this warranty issue. No one will call me back. The emails I have sent to one of the representatives are now being ignored. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they were unable to get a response. It is 7 months and I am still wondering what to do with my broken TV. Will they want it returned? I still have the original box, and I am tired of storing the set.
