Yes I live in Bossier city la. In a miltary community. I retired belks is the only department store in our area don't afford a miltary discount. My question we shall we shop thier.And the manger can't answer the question. DOLLAR SEARS JC PENN afford miltary discount. Please give a feedback before I attended my next retired meeting in our local chapter. To boycott Belks.
