I purchased a freezer from Best Buy, with a promise of a delivery date. The date arrived and when the truck came (late) they had the wrong item. Three days later I was still waiting for them to contact me to reschedule delivery and am now getting the run around. I have contacted numerous people and every time I am told they will get right back to me. I am still waiting and now it has been four days. I went into the store and asked for a refund and to cancel my order and was told they can't do that because I didn't return the merchandise. How can a return something they never delivered.
