The absolute worst I have ever been treated in a store. They do not stand behind their product. I tried to exchange a faulty fitbit and they would not exchange it because the seal on the box was broken. Well how else am I suppose to see if it works. Best buy does not know the meaning of customer service. The manager on duty was very rude. I asked to speak with customer service and he pushed the phone at me and said he wasnt calling for me. Will NEVER shop best buy again for anything. If you have a problem with any of your purchases they do not stand behind it! Buy from somewhere else they don't deserve your business.
