I admonish you to NEVER make a purchase from Best Buy. They have the worst customer service I have experienced in all of my 64 years of life. My complaint is the same as those posted. I have been trying to address a complaint for the past 2 months, to no resolve. They do not communicate with each other. They place you on hold for hours at a time; transfer you to irrelevant departments; lie endlessly, etc. I am going to file a complaint with the
Better Business Bureau and Consumer Complaints in the Attorney Generals Office. I advise everyone to do the same. Obviously the company gave itself the bogus 3.5 rating posted on this site.
