I Will Never, Ever, Use Ups For Shipping. I've Been Trying Obtain My Package Since 12/21/15. Granted, I Missed The Original Delivery But I Went To The Access Point And They Advised That My Package Wasnt There. I Tracked The Shipment To Verify If The Location Was Correct. It Was! I Returned The The Access Point (corner Food & Liquor Store) On 12/24 And The Place Was Closed By The Public Health Department. Ups Advised Everyday, Since Christmas, That My Package Would Be Delivered To Me And It Hasnt. At Any Time, I Never Used Profanity Or Even Screamed At Anyone. However, A Few Of The Customer Service Reps Were Extremely Rude. Today, A Supervisor Connected Me To The Service Desk Of Were My Package Is And Again, The Rep Advised That They Will Have My Pavkage Sent Out For Tomorrow's Delivery. I Asked What Guarantees Do I Have That This Package Would Be Delivered; None! Again, Never Will I Ever Again. I Am Also Taking This To The Bbb. Bad Business And Horrible Service.
