I also ordered Christmas cards on Dec 7 and paid for expedited 2 day shipping. It took over a week for them to print them and it took 4 days to ship. I received them very late on December 18 with minutes to spare to get them in the mail. When I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping, I was told to call - which of course you can't because there is no working phone number for snapfish - it was disconnected. Likely due to too many complaints. I will NEVER use snapfish again!!! Hello Snapfish, are you listening???
