I have been on the phone 50 minutes waiting for help. This does not seem to be very good customer service. I am calling to check on my last order of a photo book. I received an email stating my book would arrive dec 28. I have spoken to several people that guaranteed my book would be here by the 24. It was to receive expedited shipment due to all the problems I have had due to your website not working. This book is for my son who is leaving the following day out of town. Please please please respond to this email and guarantee my date as 24th.
