I've spent Nearly four hours yesterday and today trying to complete an online purchase from your website:

Friday:



2) From the listed retailers, I selected "Best Buy".

3) From the popup, I selected "Shield Pro".

4) I was redirected to your website.

5) I added the item to my cart.

6) I registered with your website and created an account.

7) I added a shipping address and a billing address.

6) I went to my cart and added the $29.99 2-year service plan.

7) I selected my shipping address.

8) I selected the "Checkout" button and was taken to the "Confirm Your Delivery Options" webpage:



9) At the bottom of the webpage, the continue button was grayed out (next to that button was a link that said "To continue, select a store"). I didn't want to select a store because I wanted it shipped, but I tried to select a store anyway.

10) When I tried to select a store, I got the following message: "This item is not available for store pickup in your area."

11) I went to my profile and added a preferred store (Cascade Station, OR).

12) I went back to my cart, and continued with step 8 above. Your website still prevented me from continuing.

13) I called Yand spoke with Carson.

14) After about 25 minutes on the phone with me, Carson was unable to resolve the problem and apologized.

15) Carson tried to direct me to a complaint area, but we couldn't find it.

16) Finally, we found a general email link, that took me here:


17) I hung up with Carson and proceeded to type this email.

18) When I finished typing the email, I selected "Send" and got the following error:

We�re sorry, your message could not be sent.

Please try resending the e-mail. If that doesn�t work, return to the Help Center or call 1-888-BEST BUY for assistance.

19) I sent an email to and received no confirmation and no reply.



Saturday:

1) I called and am currently on the phone with Jasmine. She tried to resolve my issue, but couldn't. We are currently waiting for a supervisor. I've been on the phone for over an hour now. Oh, wait ... we just got disconnected ââ?¬â?? what a joke!!!!!



I wonder how much business you lose due to website issues like this. I'm so frustrated. Your company has serious problems if you customers cannot purchase items online from your store. Maybe this is a way to list a Black Friday deal, but no one can get the deal. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!
