After waiting since 9th of the month, for a pick up of the dryer I was returning due to not being correct. It is now the 16th. and many calls later, it is to be now scheduled for the 19th. I was lied to about the dryer and waited 4 hours after the delivery window and it was unboxed and there was not the connection that I had paid for to hook it up. I cancelled the sale, and was told I wouldn't get a refund until they picked up the dryer. Oh, the took away my old dryer and said they didn't know what happened to it. LIes, Lies, Lies, and still no refund. I'm totally done with Best Buy. Laurel Turner
