Wife and I went to Volvo of the Triad last Fri to purchase a used 2007 Acura. Susan had already been in conversation w/one of their salesman. Got there, test drove Acura while they appraised her 2014 Volvo. Sales Mgr Ameer gave us figures. Susan accepted them. Ameer didn't think it would be approved because of neg. equity. Kept asking for money down. Susan made it clear that no money would be put down 9n this deal. Ameer said Credit Union was now closed and they would submit deal first thing in the morning and let her know status. Guess what? Susan never got a call back. We wasted 7 or 8hrs.driving all the way to Winston-Salem from our residence in Wake Forest. Called dealership yesterday afternoon and left message for owner to call me (John Stanley). Guess what? No call back. All these guys were bragging about being the No.1 Volvo dealer on East Coast. Not if they treat other prospects like they did us
