On 7/28/2014 my daughter received an Asus laptop. On 5/5/2015 at the Amherst best buy store 00459 we dropped the laptop off for repair as the laptop stopped working and the mother board was replaced. On 8/7/2015 the laptop failed again. We were told that they could send it out for an estimate.

We do not feel that we should be charged for the repair of this again as it only lasted 2 months from the first repair. We are very disappointed it the service we received. We will think twice about purchasing anything from you again.
