Called to question about the 24% interest and Michelle,d first one who answered d phone was rude.my balance was only 385 n interest was 358.called d second time and spoke with Mahla,she was nice but she miscalculated d half of imterest which they agreed i pay if i pay off d balance.instead of 179,she charged me 192.called d 3rd time to question d 192,sp9ke with amanda and wants my husband ,d primary card holder even if i paid it from my checking accnt,to call back to settle the 13$.wow, i will never buy anything from u guys until u give me back my $13.when u overcharged me,u gave me a hard time,but when u pit interest,u are heartless.to think i pay my bill every month.
