This have got to be the worst, most unprofessional bank I have ever dealt with. The funny thing is I didn't know they even existed until I bought something and the store I did business with had them as their financial institution. No surprise because that's probably the only way they can actually get anyone to join their bank. Basically they try to charge me over 70 dollars in late fees when I actually paid my bill early. I paid for my October payment, and then decided that I had extra money so I paid for my November bill 3 weeks before the bill was due. Two months later I get a phone call from a very rude representative name Jason h. That's right his last name was h because he didn't want to tell me his full last name. He called to tell me that I missed a payment and they have charged me a late fee of 72 dollars and wanted my bank information to process the payment. I asked him about my early payment and he said they applied it to the October payment. Which was confusing because each payment was a little more then a week apart. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me to call back if I wanted to talk to a supervisor and hung the phone up in the middle of our conversation. Oh that's after he insulted my intelligence by explaining to me how late fees work. Bottom line do not give this company a chance to manage your money. I'm almost positive they will lose your trust one way or another.
