On their online chat (supposed to be a wait time of 2 minutes) for 30 minutes now. Frustrated now, I have called the hotline. All dealing with automatic renewal that I UNENROLLED in because their products are AWFUL. I've been waiting for a person to pick up the phone for 15 minutes now. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME!!!!! Going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
