I tried to cancel my norton automatic upgrade with little success at the beginning of October. I have been billed on 2/10/12 but do not have the service. I do hardly use my computer but when I turned it on
I have no antivirus despite being billed. I have tried multiple times to ring the 1800 number but only receive recording despite waiting up to half an hour. I would like to be refunded as I dont have cover.
