I am so disappointed,guess I should have read this web site first. Everything that has been said is true I was begining to feel the loan processor didn't like me because she never returned my calls....ever.... not once paper work I know was sent cause I made copies of everything they said had to be resent or wasn't received. I was so excited to get a rate reduction it would have meant a 500.00 reduction in my house payment. In reality it cost me over 750.00 in fees and still don't have an answer applied for loan in June 2012 it's now October and can't get anyone to respond to e-mail or anything else. they told me underwriting would take three to four days then after three weeks with no contact they tell me it takes underwriting 50 days what is this about. this is wrong on so many levels!!!
