Tonight I tried to get in touch with citi mortgage by phone. This is where I have my current mortgage. The 1st 3x I called I put in my SS number 6x,they r holding my mortgage since 2007 and did not recognize me as having an acct with them. When I finally got to a person who took my info she then transferred me to a broker of which the connection was so bad,she then became
annoyed with ME the customer. I asked for a supervisor and she hung up on me. I called back got someone else I was to hold for a few minutes and then I would speak to someone about refinancing. Guess what? I was disconnected again,what a surprise. My phone calls took over an hour. I then decided to register on line,I was given a # and told someone would call me. That was at 6:45 pm it is now 9:37pm,still waiting 4 that call. And while I wait am deciding who I will transfer my mortgage to.
