I am beside myself. I'm in Houston, TX. Was just on hold for a an hour. I Need to change my trip because my mother was diagnosed stomach cancer and was met with absolutely no help regarding the travel insurance I purchased or reservation changes from Houston to Laredo, Tx. I've generally never had a problem with customer service reps operating out of South Asia, but this was ridiculous. Was treated incredibly disrespectfully and was disconnected before any travel changes could be made. Was given no assistance whatsoever with my travel change needs.
