Bot my spouse and I are silver elite members and we called a number listed on our "special" card to request a refund for charges that were made on our credit card for a reservation mistake that their agent made. I have been trying to call every weekend for 5 weeks and have been put on hold for 2-3 hours each time. Do they really expect customer loyalty???
