My name is Tamara Rygol and I too after reading all the other comments have NEVER authorized you to automatically renew my account. As a matter of fact, last year I tried to cancel my subscription, but you "didn't get that email," and charged me $39 with the "sorry, but we can't refund you" remark - even though I told you I didn't want to be a member!!!!!!!!!!!
NOW. you're making me go through this again??? I want a total refund - none of this pro-rated stuff - because YOU did NOT have my authorization to access my account. Please respond immediately!!!!!!
