Zune is HORRIBLE! They have been charging my account for the past five months without my authorization. They took my credit card information from my Xbox account. To contact any customer support at Zune they needed a phone number, which I did not register, which made it impossible for me to get through. This is a joke!!! DO NOT USE ZUNE!!!!!

I have Zune MP3 players(3) I cannot use the,there is no way I can download music anymore,these MP3 are useless to me. I can not contact anyone at Zune to get help from them. HTC T-Mobile phone is service my Microsoft and Zune; what a joke,we can reach Zune by telephone why would T-Mobile things would change.

If I could..I would fly to wherever this place was and just slap the President of this company!!! How dare you charge my account..UNAUTHORIZED..and then I can't even get a PERSON on the frickin phone..because I am not a paying customer!!! Really? Did you just not take money out of my frickin account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called Xbox and they can't help but seems to me they are the original culprit in this scamming fiasco!!!!!!!! I'm totally ticked off never had an experience like this before!!

Seriously. I have a Zune account. I have not purchased anything since early April. However, my credit card has been charged twice since my last purchase and I can not get ahold of Zune to find out why. I called Microsoft billing support and they kept referring me to Zune's online support. I explained that the Online support has no details about the charges to my account and she told me that Zune does not have a phone number. This all sounds very suspicious. I have contacted a law firm here in Houston to look into possible billing fraud by Microsoft and Zune. You can't bill people for services that you can't explain, especially when they didn't authorize the billing. You also can't bill people and then not have a person within your corporation who can speak to the customer regarding their account. What is wrong with this picture.

Zune is a complete scam. This is awful. You cannot contact anyone thru the number provided by their website. This is horrible. Microsoft Zune some how debited my bank account for downloading games, which I never did. I too have been frausted with the inability to reach a person at MSN to fix their error. In the end I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Impossible to obtain contact information. You cannot contact these people by phones. It's a complete Ripoff. PLease Do not subscribe to this service. It is next to impossible to get rid of.

ZUNE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I CLICKED ON THE FREE TRIAL. THEN I REALIZED THAT THEY AUTOMATICALLY BILL YOU AFTER THE FREE TRIAL IS OVER. I DECIDED TO CANCEL AND IT TOOK ME OVER AN HOUR TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. I SEE MANY PEOPLE HAVE SIMILAR COMPLAINTS. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ZUNE. IT IS A SCAM. I TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SINCE I DONT HAVE AN "PAID" MSN ACCOUNT THEY REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME. ZUNE IS A JOKE.

My husband had issues with his Zune and we could not contact anyone for assistance. Trying to find a contact via our Zune account is impossible! It's no wonder people think we are crazy to have a Zune! Very frustrating set-up

I don't even own a zune and have been getting a recurring charge on my bank statement. I too have been frustrated with the inability to reach a person at MSN to fix their error. In the end I had to dispute the charges with my bank and change my bank account and debit card numbers to prevent any further charges. I will never buy a zune because of their poor customer service. I'll stick with my iPod

Do not subscribe to this service. It is next to impossible to get rid of and after you cancel your subscription online, you will continue to get billed.

Furthermore, you cannot contact these people by phone. What kind of scam is this?

I tried calling the number 2 get assistance and found out it has been disconnected!!!! WTF!! I need help w/my zune, cuz it won't come on, but when I hook it up 2 the computer or my xbox it plays the music. Then a few mos ago it started acting up w/the buttons, up was down, and down was down, the R and L buttons sumtimes even go up and down. The select button half the time doesn't wk either. Is there a way I can fix it????

Been paying for a free month trial for 9 months and had no idea! tried to call and their number doesn't work looks like something must be done about this not the first time obviously.

I have NEVER had a Zune account, someone obviously falsified information to set this account up using my credit card. I have tried everything possible to make contact with an individual with NO luck so I guess the next step is contacting my attorney so I can get my entire refund from Zune. I advise anyone out there NOT to allow Zune to have your credit card information, I didn't allow it but they have taken alot of money from my account. I finally had to discontinue my credit card.

We have owned 4 Zunes models and each has broken after a short period of time. The Zune access to music was great, but the Zune product itself was simply not a quality product.

The 1-877-GET-ZUNE (1-877-438-9863) number does not connect ("We're sorry, your call cannot be connected. Please check the number and try again."). Very frustrating... their responses to my assistance requests via e-mail all tell me to please call the above number. However, they sure are good at taking money out of my account every month.

Zune SUCKS!!!! I had a problem with my zune turning on. I sent it in for repair, and they sent back a repaired one and the wrong color that would not play all my songs. When I called about being sent a repaired one and the wrong color, I was told that this was all I was getting. Now none of the songs will play. Now that it does not work at all, I am unable to get ahold of anybody.

I'm about to blow a gasket!!! I can't seem to sync, keep getting error messages and have re-installed the software along w/having updated my device, etc. multiple times. There's absolutely NO support to contact ANYONE DIRECTLY without having to tweet, etc. WHERE is the customer service here?! I'm done! Done w/Zune. Done w/Microsoft completely...how does one even cancel the monthly charge?! I'm livid! They suck!

If I were to choose between staying with my zune or switching BACK to Apple. I would choose Apple. Zune has so many issues and is nearly impossible to get in contact with. They no longer have a support number to reach them at and one has to "tweet" to Zune for a response. Very poor quality, Very disappointed in Zune and all of it's affiliates.

I am now on my second fried device from Zune that screwed up for no reason and I can't even talk to a human about this. I already pay 15 dollars a month and Zune expects me to pay 119 dollars to fix a mistake that they made. Microsoft has gotten so greedy and the quality is going down the drain.

I've trying to get a hold of zune but i haven't had any luck! Very dissapinted with the services that i'm not recieving, and then when trying to do it through the website i don't even get the help i need.

screw zune. they serve no help. they dont care about their customers and they make sure you never have a way to contact them when you have a problem. i an ending my service and will NEVER use them again.
