I have been a customer at Walgreen's for five yrs. Every time I go to this store the corner of Two Notch and Rabon Rd. The pharmacy dept has several employees that are very rude, nasty,and talk to customers as if you were not human. I refuse to go there again. One particular, kolby I may have his name wrong but he was working Sunday Jan. 10th 2016
At 11:45 am. Along with one other person a female
One other customer was waiting but me and he told me I had to wait 1hr to fill my prescription
I had two other medications but I knew o couldn't get those until.the next day
So he takes it unpon his self to throw gestures about my meds this is not the first time o have encountered this behavior with him. He is rude, nasty and in alot of ways I believe prejudice
I will never go back to this store and may be no store. After reviewing some of otherviews management has a big problem with your company
I have to be fair and say the head pharmacist is as nice as he can be and other pharmacist
This bad apple in the barrel gives your entire store a bad name.

Your store in Dyersburg Tn, on Hwy 51 bypass, really need a visit from corporate.Their staff is totally inept,I won't go into details, but I think they are slowly losing customers, and that will hurt Walgreens' bottom line. I think it would be worth your while to check into it !!

Kathy the store manager is by far the worst manager I ever had to deal with on a return not only is she rude to customers but she also yells at her employees in front of customers, that is not proper management for the ride service o had received from Kathy and witnessed how she treats her employees I will not nor my family ever be returning to Walgreens ever!!!

I have used the Walgreens in Tillmans corner Alabama for over 10 years that have made mistake after mistake I kept giving them another chance now I am on disability and every time I go to get my Workmen's Comp. prescriptions filled there is a problem this month I went to get my prescription filled and they said it could not be filled because of the date on the prescription they have always failed it a day before well now she says that it was illegal to fill the prescriptions on this date they have been doing this for over two years now all of a sudden it's illegal so I had to call my doctor to get a new prescription even though this prescription was right I will never use them again and hope nobody else does either

Im at the Walgreens on W.Thomas & 83 getting a prescription filled, we have been comming to Walgreens for over 5 yrs. I had to use the restroom, as i walked out, thd store manager was standing there with his hands on his waist iust starring at me as i walked out & snickering to another employee. As we were leaving the other manager was standing at the front cashier watching us. I have never felt as i did leaving your walgreens, it made me feel so bad & felt as if they were profiling myself & my husband. My husband is a truck driver & im out here on the road with, but i am very upset & hurt that your STORE MANAGERS would do that.i will not ever walk in to that drug store ever again

Recently I visited Walgreens pharmacy in Lancaster Ca The purpose for my visit was to fill a prescription after I became ill while visiting my daughter in Lancaster. This was my first prescription since I became eligible for Medicare. There was a administrative issue with my insurance carrier and my coverage was denied. One of your employees Jessica H. Took the time to call my provider Blue Cross and spent a considerable amount of time trying resolve my issue. I needed to fax s form back to my insurance carrier to resolve then it took several days for the system to update. I received a call from Jessica who followed up with my issue and I was able to recieve a refund for most of my out of pocket expenses. I also filled out form online survey.



I writing you to express my appreciation for excellent service and follow through by Jessica. In my view she is exceptional and shoul be recognized for her professional and exceptional service.

I was in walgreens in whitewater wi yesterday, and I was applaud by the way the store manager(monica hacker) was treating a former employee on the sales floor in front of all the customers, she was bullying that lady, and she was the one who always was willing to help me when I was in the store.I believe she left the company, because the manager was bullying and belittling her.Diffently grounds there for lawsuit. deformation of character.something needs to be done at that store. It will be the last time I use your store for my photos, walmart is right down the road.

Please make your store in Pearland, TX larger. It is the busiest in Pearland, with 2 othet stores near by. It is next door to a Medical Center and across the atreet from the Pearland Police Dept, which makes common sense to make it your 24 hour store for police protection and it would sure help since there is always a line in store of 10-20 people to a small counter and 1 Pharmacist to help. PLEASE help us out. It is the intersection of Broadway & Cullen whetre most people have to ho thru to ho & come from home. Thanks. Olive Miletello

What a shocker. I switched pharmacies, even sent my CVS card back when CVS 1st announced "no cigarettes" even though it was more convenient to my driving route.

Since then you went from competitive pricing to now a this month more than a $1 higher than the current local market price at gas stations, grocery stores (exception Ralph's, convenience stores and even cigarette stores. What appears to be a 40% increase for the year.

I can't imagine your buying power forces these sort of increases.

Why retailers can't leave fascist personal and/or local sentiment or pressure from pricing decisions is beyond me.

Well not totally beyond me because like I said, I quit using CVS which cost them several thousands of dollars in sales over the last 2 years.

You see I shop for convenience, price and have become quite fond and loyal to my local Walgreen's before this latest price gouging increase. You have been my Walgreen's, Target, Staples, Ace, 7/11, Staples, Etc.

But since you decided to increase my staple/impulse/habit by $300-400 per year I no longer have that to spend in your store on other items. Or the other $200-$300 per week on other the products I can find elsewhere.

Your store at Lake Ida And Jog Road in Delray Beach Florida "SUCKS".I've been going there for 14 years and every year I complain how bad it is.Well this time it really helped change my mind and I am going to find another drug chain.I know I'm only a piece of sand on the beach but it just wasn't fair the way I as a customer was treated this time.You are dealing with medications for health and that store just doesn't get it.

I will be coming up to store 5869 in Nashville, TN Monday to speak with a store manager. The manager thst I originally spoke with was not able to assist me in an appropriate manner. An employee in the store charged me for two gifts cards but one card did not have the any money on it.(I found that out after my bestfriend tried to use the gift card. I bought it for her birthday) I came back to the store with a receipt and gift card and also my debit card to prove I made a purchase and that the cashier must not have slid it properly (I've worked retail I know accidents happen and malfunctions happen) I spoke to a a manager that made me wait over 30 minutes for her to review the cameras just to tell me she saw her slide it but doesn't know why it's not on there but it's nothing she can do. I called customer service they said the card was never activated meaning it didn't take when she slid the card. Now I am without a gift card and without the money I've been charged for. I have a huge problem with that sounds like a customer service issue to me. I just wanted an apology and my money on the card. I bought it for a friend for her bday and it's sad I have to go through all this when I have been charged. I spent $54.91 at Walgreens on October 21, 2015 and I'm very upset.

I am in the clayton store # 5137.....and from the momment i walked in the store i felt totally uncomfortable.....i am a black male and from the moment i walked in all i hear is security walk the floor ...loss prevention call line blah blah blah ......and everywhere i go all of a sudden workers have to stock selves exactly were im at....i move they move ...this is sooo uncomfortable.....and the manger SONIA IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF THIS ........AT THIS POINT I REALLY DONT WANT TO SHOP AT WALGREENS EVER AGAIN and to tell all my friends and there friends about this experience.......even as i wright this i have two worker plus the manager. Experienced EXTREMELY poor customer service at the Columbia/Capital Ave. store in Battle Creek, MI store today? Let me just ask you..... Do you feel it is acceptable to have to wait 90 minutes for pain medicine for a tonsillectomy? Do you feel it is acceptable for me to have to make FOUR trips to pick up medicine for that operation? Do you feel it is acceptable for your store employees NOT to be able to provide corporate office contact info so that I could talk about my experience? Serious, serious issues at that store.

the employees at the Titusville,FL Barna & Harison are the most incompetent people I have ever seen.... the pharmacy is terrible. the Prescriptions are never ready on time. Or you make a trip to go pick them up and they do not have the order, which had been sent by the Doctors office. the line at the drivein is a joke... no window for drop off precriptions...the line is always 3,4,5 cars long. If you park & GO inside to get your prescription the line is 3,4,5,or more ahead of you. this problem should be corrected. I KNOW I AM MOVING MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY.

I have been using Walgreen for my prescriptions for about 6 years and they number 12. For 3 years I have been on an oxycontin tr. I always go to the same store for all scripts but this store refuses to have that drug. If I happen to get a friendly pharmacy clerk they will call other stores to locate it. If not I have to drive from store to store as narcotic info won't be given over the phone. I believe I will transfer all the scripts to CVS as they said I could get all at the same store. Thank you. Two prescriptions, neither filled properly. Pharmacy employee was not helpful and when I told her there are lots of other pharmacies, she said I should go to them and hung up

last Friday, August 28, the pharmacist at the Oak Lawn Walgreens called our home to ask about my brother's health. My brother had recently filled a number of new prescriptions and he wanted to know how he (Eugene) was doing. I told him that Eugene had recently experienced congestive heart and was given medication to reduce swelling in his limbs and that the doctor would probably put him in the hospital to expedite the situation
I AM TRULY AMAZED AND IN AWED AT THIS PERSONALIZATION AND HAVE TOLD EVERYONE THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH PERSONAL SERVICE BEFORE. IF THIS IS AN ONGOING PRACTICE, PLEASE CONTINUE IT. IF THIS WAS JUST THE ONE TIME THAT THE OAK LAWN PHARMACIST DID ONHIS OWN,I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANKS AND COMMEND HIM FOR THIS ACTION.

I enjoy going to the OakLawn Store and dealing with the staff there. Thank you from my family

Yes I am very disappointed the mangers and employees doesn't have adequate training in the stores knowledge about the products your stores handle and sale! I am referring to the store in Jacinto city Walgreen's. Please send corp. Help cause I depend to buy what I need at any Walgreen's store.

Why would Corporate think it was a good idea not to send flyers out with my Sunday newspaper. It has been absent the last two weeks and several of Walgreen's customers at your Glenshaw, Pa store are complaining and disappointed, my self included. I look for this every Sunday along with Rite-Aid and CVS ads. I don't know "why" anyone would think this was a good idea. The store employees have been hearing about this all week.....please change this.

Walgreens has very poor customer service. The managers and cashiers are not knowledgable about the services they offer so they treat your with disrespect and force you out of the store! I was discriminated against snd practically belittled for wanting to use my coupons on my Walgreens app. If I told you the money I made you could choke but as a customer I spend how I want and the amount I want. The environment is hostile if you don't take no for an answer when using your points snd discounts. I'm appalled at the treatment I got today. I hope no one goes through the disrespect I encountered at Wslgreens in Collierville, TN. They need to professionally train staff to be functional poor leadership hurts the morale of a business and increases turnover! Thumbs down Walgreens!! Horrible service and horrible staff!

Why are there no RED NOSES available for this big fundraising campaign. I am starting to wonder. If it was such a big success as I have been told by every store that I called near my home in the 92114 zip code in San Diego CA then why are they not available. I did not just want to purchase one I would have purchased more as a way to donate to this worthy cause. SO please can someone explain why there are no RED NOSES available.

Yesterday I stopped at the Mequon, WI Walgreens store to pick-up some refill prescriptions at the drive-through window. Granted, this has happened before but with only one pharmacy attendant. After the car in front of me moved on and out of the way, I pulled up and proceeded to wait for 10 minutes until the pharmacy person waited on me...I finally shut off my car engine so I wouldn't use gas while waiting.

The minute I saw the individual at that window, I wanted to leave. She looks like she is angry at the world; has a chip on her shoulder; or just a real bad attitude. I had my check made out for the correct amount due to calling the store on my way there. And, because I had had a bad experience on my previous prescription pick-up date. I was intent on speaking to her as little as possible.

When I finally left the drive-through, I looked at my watch and I had been there for 30 minutes. I called the Store number to see if they needed any help...no one answered. I called again; a young woman at the front register answered and said she would give me to her boss in Photo...no one answered. Then I called the Thiensville Walgreens where my husband has already transferred his prescriptions due to the rudeness of the Mequon store; and the person who answered said she would connect me with the Store Manager; no on answered. I called back and asked the girl if she knew the phone number of Walgreen's corporate office in Deerfield, IL. She gave me the number of the Survey, which I could have done because it was on my receipt. So, I took the Survey and gave my visit all ones. I work in Customer Service, I believe in Customer Service and I expect to receive Customer Service. I have been going to that Walgreens for as long as I can remember and I have lived in Mequon for over 25 years. But, this woman is not a good representation of Walgreens and I left a message to that effect when I was done with your survey. I asked to be called back but as on 3:30 PM on 5.14.15, I have heard from no one...

purchased delish beef & cheese puffs from walgreen #09776 and delish crmlz onion chse tarts

on 4/212015. They looked and sounded good from box description, but they were horrible and could not eat them.. why do i fall for the box description instead of thinking no way would they be good.

most of the things I purchase at Walgreens I am happy. I threw the boxes and food away.
