drivers are lazy, don't deliver to right apartment, and didn't pick up a return package as they should have. I was told there would be no charge for a return if the package was there or could flag a driver down; yet it's always the same--they want a return fee. NO! There is no excuse for not knocking on my door or ringing the door bell, so why should I need to pay an extra fee when the package was right at his feet.

I nor my company will ever ship anything UPS again. Shipped a large box over $77 to ship from UPS store in Sherman Texas. The clerk did not mention she was going to require a signature for delivery or I would have not shipped this package as I am never home. I would have either taken it back on the plane or had it shipped to my office. Customer service was basically not helpful at all even after finally getting a live person on the phone. Ended up having to pay additional $6 to have package delivered to my office so it wouldn't be sent back from Georgia to Texas. Cancelling my business UPS account today. Will do Fedex from now on.

I will never use UPS ever again,they lost my motorcycle tire, ruined my planned vacation! Its perfectly clear that no one really gives a crap!!!! This is clearly unexceptable that they have to do an investigation and no one has a clue about their jobs and cant seem to locate my package that they clearly lost!!! This is an outrage. tracking UNBELIEVABLE..........

I'm sick to death and want to know why is it that every time a package is supposed to be delivered to my home address it goes to the post office box instead I paid shipping and handling and put an address on a package for a purpose and that is for the package to go where I dress it to not to a post office

Motor winding up from speeding .. I've seen this all
Week with him speeding up and down this road .
He is dangerous !!!!! We have children in the area there is no need for careless driving it isn't Christmas !

UPS International Dept. has the POOREST customer service that I have ever seen with any company. Have been trying to resolve an international shipment for weeks and no one has the courtesy to call back or even understand the issue. Will NEVER use this service again.
I, myself am a Customer Service Mgr. for a large company and my staff along with myself would have been fired for the service that I am now getting.

Explain to me why all of the modern technology in tracking & phone communication, Live Chat, Electronic Communication and Online help and I still don't know no more today 3/09/15 than on 3/02/15. A customer Service Rep. try to explain to me why my packages travel thru 2 other cities with the same weather conditions or worst and had no problem. But once it reach it destination city (Memphis) on 3/4/15 all hell break loose. It been out for delivery three times and each time in the tracking package progress it was due to severe weather conditions. The package destination is only 10 min. away from the UPS distribution center and the street are drivable. The Customer Service told me that they can't be reach by outside phone they use electronic devices to reach them, I explain to her a Memphis UPS Customer Service try to reach them and got no answer, so why can't the Cust. Svc. Rep. here contact them by electronic devices? No UPS drivers can be radio according to Customer Service, and I was told by Customer Service the same thing I read on UPS tracking system on line. I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER, THEIR WORKERS NEED TO BE IN AREAS THAT TRUELY SERVE THEIR CUSTOMER. This package been in the city of Memphis for 5 days and 10 min. away from its destination and I still wait! It may reach me today but not sure because its PARTLY CLOUDY.

Explain to me why my package just updated its location and went from 1 town away in NJ and is now all the way to Virginia!!!!!!! Are you kidding me, my package was supposed to be delivered today!!! And of course to top it off your dumb customer service isn't 24 hours! Wait till I get a hold of someone in your office, your a piece company!!!

Stetson Outlet Store is in the same location since 1969. Ten years ago the factory closed and the building was sold. The outlet store remains in same location. Driver for some reason leaves all of our cartons at BMS(owners of building) Days we do not get our package until next day.
today driver left package with someone at factory intrance. This was a overnight carton(Saturday Delivery) We spent over a hour trying to find a very important package. Need cartons with our name on it delivered to us. We do not have this problem with Fed -Ex or Post Office. Please help. Mary Ellis

I went online requested to hold my packages at the pick up terminal to be picked up in person you morons only held one of three nice move mind giants! The guy who waited on me took my phone# and called the route man I beelined it home, nothing yet stayed home waiting, nothing,take my small yapping dog out at bedtime there's a sticker on the door. The dickhead came and didn't knock or ring bell WTF!!! Nice customer service nobodies time is precious but yours

On December 23,2014 at a little after 7:00PM UPS delivered two packages to our house. UPS person has always in the past would ring the door bell and then leave packages..This is how we alerted to the fact that something has been dropped off....This UPS person did not ring the bell or knock on the door. I heard the truck and came out of the bedroom to see that packages were left on our bench on the porch. This really bothers me because the previous week FedEx delivered a package in the evening and did not ring the bell or knock, so we did not know a package was delivered. The package was stolen off our porch...This time of year I know people are following these delivery trucks in hopes of stealing the packages. Please stress to your delivery people that it only takes a moment to ring a door bell or knock on the door....Thank You

Your help,people awareness ,follow thru with customer lost bags etc. is virtually non existant.
The total indifference by ups employees is shocking!
4 lost bags out of 4 is hardly acceptable!
We did receive our bags 2-3 weeks after they were to arrive, but if any one would have listened it could have been avoided.Tried to send photos of our bags but to who? They refused to let me send photos except one person after days of being lost when they found it in your lost bag depot in Mo. The photos would have eliminated the lost bags when they were still in Fl
All bags had our names and phone numbers !!!!!
If my employees operated as yours they would be collecting food stamps not a paycheck!

While I was very pleased with the staff of my local UPS Store, I was immensely displeased with the delivery of my package. Sent from Arizona to Pennsylvania, well ahead of the Christmas rush, my box was received at my parents' home broken, opened, crushed, and with broken contents. Given that my parents had recently shipped a box (within PA) and having it likewise damaged, has caused me to write. I have been packing and mailing boxes for over 30 years, and never experienced such damage as this. Can't the UPS delivery crew handle the boxes without throwing, smashing, etc?

Driver speeds through condo development.
When asked about speeding he runs to his truck and speeds off without any apology. Speed limits are clearly posted.

My package was left at 705 and I watched him walk to door and leave it. My bank said I was to sign for my cheeks because the first order didn't arrive. I am very upset about this practice!

I am VERY unhappy with my UPS delivery serviceman. I live in an apartment complex for seniors. Number one, he NEVER asks for a signature. He just drops the package in front of the door; it may or may not be the right apartment. He doesn't seem to care. We are elderly and if we're not home, he needs to take the package to the Manager's Office. We are next to a shopping cent er so anyone could come in here and steal packages left outside.



Please correct this situation ASAP. I worked 40 years to earn my retirement income and I have earned the right to be respected enough for a UPS Deliver man to do his job & either get a signature, to make sure I'm home & he's at the right apartment OR take the package to the office if I don't answer the door.

I am at the UPS store in Eureka mo 63025. The store hours r 8 to 7 week days. It about 9 am Tuesday and the sore is not open. The problem is that I life twenty miles away

I went in the store with a pre paid UPS labeled small box ...I had run out of tape something I never do...just asked for one piece to go over the label and was told I had to buy it....now I get it that people come in constantly wanting to use rolls of your tape to tape up their whole shipment but it was one strip of tape I always use UPS and have never asked once so to me this seems very very petty .....just bad customer service! I work in one of the hardest customer service jobs out there for 18 years and your workers should be able to use discretion and if ad someone is wanting to tape up their whole box YES by all means I would charge or expect to pay but one strip ....ridiculous!

I paid my money and trusted UPS to deliver belongings from my father who passed away...the driver leaves a slip on my door saying UPS would return the next day only to find my boxes had been shipped back to California....the driver obviously quoted untruths and said three attempts had been made. The independent store I used, which represents UPS was VERY RUDE and of no help. What happened to "customer service?????" When I reached out to the 1-800 number for UPS, I was given the run around and basically told that the $280.00 I spent was gone and there was NOTHING anyone could do. I will never use this service again. So now here I am in Texas...wanting my packages which are back in California...why would I spend that amount of money and not be available to receive what I shipped???...
