I did not know how crazy was to buy through Trivago. This is not a company or agency that sells directly, Trivago uses many sellers. In other words, it is so confusing because sometimes you don't even know who do you used. In my case, after I paid, the booking came with different reservation date and only one room for a hotel. I requested something and came out something else.

I ma reservation for 3rooms for may. 26 check in may 29th and I made a deposit and I hVe not got a booking nomad I have some help please I am tired of playing games,. Send me a booking no for my rooms. At the elder eldaro hotelBGWYit stinks no persons to talk to

Can someone respond back to me regarding a hotel reservation i just made. Then called hotel had no confirmation of my reservation. Please get back with me.
