I'm a avid customer of Trader's Joe for years then one day I really had a bad experience. This happen in route 3 Clifton Nj branch. Cashier made a mistake giving me a change. When I realized it I was in the gas station to put gas as I remember my change should be $11.00 when I took it out on my wallet it's only $2. I came back and to let them know they call the manager it was a woman then she was mad approaching me. I said wait a second the cashier gave me a wrong change. Why should I be bother to come back. Then another manager came he told me that they just change register ang he was $2 off already but that's nothing to do with me he gave a wrong change. They are so nusty and won't give my right change my 2 cookie butter it cause me 20.00. They just lost a good customer ang I will make sure I will spread this around that traders joe cashier don't know how to count ang they need to go back in training.

1. I noticed that you have Tuscan organic extra virgin olive in the chain but I don't see it in the store. Is that only on line? Also, why can't you sell it in glass bottles instead of a tin?
2. Your organic raw nut department is almost gone. There are no organic almonds and walnuts for weeks now. Why?
3. The organic romaine hearts have not been holding up lately. Not sure if that is a shelf life issue. Also, the hearts are beginning to have a lot of outer leaves now.

Please bring back the Blueberry Scones! They are so delicious and I always bake them when we have overnight guests, holidays and other occasions.

No More Shopping At Traders!

Please carry, again dried cranberries without sugar. The dried cranberries stocked have WAY too much sugar, 26g, per 1/3 cup. You used to stock plain dried cranberries.

I just went to Trader Joes newest location in Pembroke Pines, Fl. I was so outraged when an employee named Lou at the register was being overly friendly to two Hispanic females. He started speaking Spanish to them & socializing with them ,my husband & I were in line for eternity while this guy bagged their items over & over to insure their bags would not be too heavy or break on them. I was in line for so long that I could not believe I had stayed in line for as long as I did, my husband finally got so upset & demanded we leave immediately. I am not prejudice as my husband & I are both Hispanics. I was so looking forward to shopping at Trader Joes but so disappointed with our experience. We will not be returning to Trader Joes,

I bit into something hard like a pebble when eating your sprouted wheat bread 4 with aldi cheese Happy Farms light Spreafable cheese wedges.. I didn't plan on going to either store to report this, ad I feel contacting you is the best option. I shop at both stored on a regular basis.

Hi. I wanted to suggest a location for a Trader Joe join Sylvania. Ohio. If possible, please call me Thank you, Mona Abraham

Please do not remove puff pastry right after January first, there are many cultures that celebrate Epiphany and other celebrations and bake a King cake (Galette des Rois) and use the puff pastry. Actually, you also can bake a fruit pie with puff pastry.

Also, some of your items are too expensive and I, as well as many others, are looking at cheeses, wine, meat and fish tar other stores.

Thank you for your consideration,

I would like to know on Christmas eve at 4 pm is trader joes complaint department following up on a complaint and to only be rude and insensitive. Is this the worst customer service ever. They not only upset my partner on Christmas Eve, but now I am upset. I will be following up.

I am really distressed by what has happened to the quality of the Uncrystallized Candied Ginger. Whoever at TJ's is responsible for quality control on this item clearly does not use the product themselves or they would be aware of the problems. Years ago this product was sourced from Australia and the quality was uniformly good. The source was switched to Thailand and the quality has been going steadily downhill since. Recently it has hit a new low. You can occasionally get a good bag but at least half the contents of most of them are hard as a rock and inedible. I'm sure sales are down but it is not from lack of demand, it is from lack of quality control!!

Hey, what happened to the Snowman shortbread cookies this Christmas season. I spoke to two managers at our local Trader Joe's and they said they have not received any of the blue box wonders and do not anticipate receiving any. They said Trader Joe's corporate have not given out any information on why we do not have any. Two questions: 1) Have you discontinued them, and 2) Where can I buy them - I live in Bellingham, Washington and would appreciate your response in a timely manner.

Regards, Pamela

I just bought some non dairy and soup cartons....I open them both and question if they were already opened. This packaging is a bad idea. It could lead to uneasy consumers. I refuse to consume any food from container that is not sealed. I don't know if it was open prior for other reasons.
BIG mistake. I am returning items.

Please bring back the blueberry scones I keep asking if they were discontinued I tried to ask three people today at the Danver store and then I gave up they were not very helpful, also asked in Saugus location nobody seems to know that they were discontinued.

Please bring back the blueberry scones (frozen). Why were they discontinued?

It appears once an item is no longer available @ TJ, there is absolute NO WAY any information will be divulged? Like where can I get the product now??? Why should this be such a big dark secret? Anyone have an answer?

I shop TJ almost every day. So nice to have one so close to home in Lynnwood, Wa. I have become hooked on the frozen blueberry scones and I was horrified to discover they have been discontinued. I am having withdrawal. I tried to find something similar but there is nothing.. I tried the Almond scones and they are very good, but the blueberry scones with the English Lemon curd are heavenly. Now I have this lemon curd and nothing to put it on.
PLEASE, PLEASE bring back the blueberry scones.

I used to be able to use the store in Kent,,WA. I now live in Denver, CO, 80210. I want to let you know that, I am a favorite customer again, Not just only of your'e produce and quality of meat, and seafood,. but of the whole idea behind your store philosophy. I was in you're store today and left to get on the bus on Universty Blvd, in Denver, when a young lady came to the stop, whom I could see was exhausted. I mentioned that she had had a long day. Rather, then say that she had one, she told me that it was worth it! Then I noticed her uniform. I was so proud of her and Tader for giving her a great job! She had to have emergency surgery two weeks earlier, but was afraid that she was losing her job.then her boss came to see her and told her that they hired her for a reason. Get better, take her time, and be well,, the job was still there...I myself, live by example and wish that I could work for this place. Until then they will be my place of choice!

Our Pittsburgh Trader Joes used to be so friendly but lately there has been an influx of a few really mean dictatorial managers. I feel uncomfortable going in there. My friends have told me the same experience. There is one especially aggressive female manager. She has followed me ( and my friends) many times and actually stood behind me as I spoke to a worker. She is really creepy.

Trader Joe's, 4715 SE Cesar Chavez Blvd., Portland, Oregon, has more employees that lack customer service skills than any of their other locations. A few employees have been known to not greet or thank the customers and even make fun of and talk badly about them. Management doesn't seem to be doing anything about it. When a manager was informed about an employee's behavior, he replied, "Maybe she's having a bad day." However most of the staff are friendly, helpful and respectful.

Employees in the Manhattan, New York City stores (except for 72nd street) are immature at best. They really need to start hiring professionals

On Tuesday Feb.12, 2013 I lost my debit card and rememberd I last use it at Trader Joe's in Edgewater, N.J. I called them and they informed me that they found my card & to pick it up anytime. I went to pick it up & the customer service person there (don't know his name) was so kind. I told him I just had lost my husband recently and that I have been have a difficult time.
The rep. came out from behind the counter and told me he was sorry for my loss and then did the most precious thing he gave me a dozen roses. I cried and he hugged me & told me if there is anything that they could do. I love Trader Joe's and shop there all the time. Everyone is always so kind and helpful and I have never had a problem with anything I buy there. Just wanted to let you know of the wonderful act of kindness which I will never forget.
Thank you.

I to am a devoted customer of Trader Joe's. Due to the fact that I am a senior male caregiver, I am looking for easy and healthful meals. Last week I purchased Trader Ming's Beef Tenderloin Stir Fry and vegetables in the refrigerated dept. The only thing tender about the beef was the name. It was tough and full of gristle. If my Spouse were to eat it, I'm afraid she might choke. It wouldn't even grind up in the disposal. If it were my business, I would discontinue that item.

I love your sipping chocolate - EXCEPT FOR THE hard-to-successfuly-open foil packaging. I'm not clumsy, but the foil seems an archaic method - my last attempt ended with entire tin of chocolate on the FLOOR!! Am I the only person with this problem? Regardless,& with your great expertise, I'd think you'd found a better method. Very interested in comments both from your staff and/or other customers. Thanks in advance for great products, wonderful customer service - Capitola, CA store!
