Hello, I'm a customer of your gas watch almost everyday I receive a email for at least 6 different locations about area prices 2 are Sunoco I called the last time the man said call corporate and you told me they ask all the time for help bring me business and you said so I do I dropped the price! The sale that I was sent is $2.00 at the location on the corner of Jacksonville Rd. And Street Rd. In Warminster. I brought my phone inside the store and he said nothing he can do the price is the price they have the price at $2.219 and the other Sunoco on second Street pike and Almshouse Rd. Gas is at $2.259 and that is suppose to be at $2.06 Please they both do not have a clue how to change the signs and really argue I felt sad and burdened because everyone wants to save money especially now times are tough. So please can you please fix the issue I hold my finger on the phone the whole time driving to Let them know that I wasn't lying. Thank-you, Leneen Koszarek

I and my crew stop by your store on Ashley phosphate and patriots Blvd every morning because of convenience but the team that work at your grill here are completely lost you have one employee that works the grill that is good but the rest couldn't do a good job if there lives depended on it to the point where if the one girl isn't back there we walk out they have literally never made an order right yet and your manager chuck is to weak of a leader to fix this problem he's been told this several times and has done nothing it's time someone from higher up steps in and retrains please

I have been to two sunoco locations now that refuse to enter my credit card manually. This is an assinine restriction and completely inconvenient to me as a customer. I can enter a credit card and charge a customer for products or services from my phone. To neuter your customer service employees in this way is ridiculous. I hope you will reconsider this unnecessary inconvenience. For this reason, and as long as this is your policy, I will NOT be stopping at sunoco to purchase gas or anything else.

The Sunoco at hwy 27 & ga hwy 120 in Buchanan ga 30113 will not accept rolled change and in time like these rolled change is money and don't have to worry about counter fitted if rolled ! Only quarters I was told so will see a lot of them to this store from this customer!and bbb complaint is going to be filed on this store and location thanks for your time !!!!!!!!

Me and my husband live in Goose Creek South Carolina we go to Sunoco every morning for coffee there's a new assistant manager she doesn't seem to be very friendly she charged us every morning for a cup of coffee even though we have our own coffee cup well one day I'm guessing she's a little bit racist because she is a colored female so she gave a free cup of coffee a black man because I'm white I never get a free cup of coffee...this is not fair at all

I just spent $8 to get something to eat and drink, the cashier was very sweet when I paid her. I went outside to sit down by my mountain bike. A different lady came out and said 'Oh no you can't sit here, you got to go somewhere else.' I think she must be kinda racist or something because I look white but actually I'm Cherokee. I was just waiting to go to CDL school bus class. Most Sunoco store have seating areas but this store has nowhere to go to sit. I sit at the new store in Goose Creek on the way home. Most of the workers are nice at this store..I'll just stop going to any North Charleston store. Thank you...

I went to the Virginia Beach location off of Shore drive. The cashier was named Lala. She was absolutely terrible. Made a comment on my daughter stating that she must have been raised in a barn because she left the bathroom door open when the men's bathroom door was wide open. Once I stated she was my daughter she didn't care. She was absolutely terrible. I will never go back because of the service we received.

Shop at Sunoco station at Southern Blvd & Dixie Hwy Daily. Service provided by the same personnel every day. Yesterday, August 4th, 2016, 10pm, regular Sunoco male clerk, approximately 50 years old....I went in to purchase some drinks. He was not standing at the register when I entered the store. He was behind me in the aisle as I was choosing drinks and then he followed behind me as I walked to the front register. As he followed me he said, "I like your black dress". I said nothing in return. He went on to say,"black on black", and I responded, "what?". I met him at the front register and he started to ring up my items when he said, "you know....your bra"... He slipped his fingers into the front of my dress. I pulled back STARTLED and said, "KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF". He didn't appear to have much of a response. I was APPALLED. ANGRY. SHOCKED. VILOATED.

I had frustrated and disappointed dealing with this gas station. I went to this Sunoco on Friday 7/29/16 at 8:30am to drop my car for car wont speed up. I talked with a guy I'm not sure about his name( Luisee) I explained the car problem beside I told him I took the car few days ago to another Auto shop, they told me the Transmission is broken, So I told him I need double check before I trash chunk the car. So I sign the paper for dropping the car with diagnostic fee around $120. So, I asked him do you charge me if you find the problem from the Transmission, he reply NO. I called around 6pm they told the Transmission broken. So after I left my work I went to the gas station to pick up my car. the lady (casher) told me you have to pay the charge fee. I told her NO charge. anyway she told me to come tomorrow to talk with service manager. I went Saturday 7/30/16 at 8:30am. I found different guy he's the service manager (Andrew). He doesn't give me the key said you have to pay. In that day I really got a very hard time. I told him to call the other guy to check from what I said, He reply I can't because it's early morning. I told him you don't like to bother him to asking him about this problem, what about the customer service, he doesn't said anything. then he tried to call him, but I adopt. Then he suggested to pay half of fee, I reply NO . not because I don't have ,but it's principle. then he said go home I"ll give you a call when he answering me. Nobody call me. then I called around 4pm. he told me The guy didn't call me. so here I was angry and decided call the police. then he called me back said either you pay half fee or come Monday he'll be here.I don't like what he said but I said ok Monday. I feel frustrated form the way of service manager dealing with customer no trust no respect, and there is no common decision between guys in charge in same place .

I have a concern at the A plus / Sunoco service station located on lauderdale dr in Richmond , va.
This store is in very close proximity to my home. I frequent the store ; atleast 3 times a week. My concern is that 9 times out of 10 in my visits, there is always a white van parked with a man and dog inside. The same van . Same man and guy in the van just sitting in the parking lot with the van running.
I finally just advised the clerk working in the store tonight about my concern. He advised me he was aware of the guy in the van and mentioned something about " gilpin court". Not sure what he was trying to tell me but I want to make sure that your organization is aware of this suspicious activity.

I'm here at the JFK airport gas station its seem every time I come here always something wrong. Today the gas pumps are all and I mean every pumps is not working. Please look into it if this management here can't handle it. Please have a new management to come and take care of it. Today its pumping gas at the speed of $ 1:00 an hour

I went in the Carter Sunoco in Lakeland Florida which I guess is Franchise owned don't know the man's name but not only are they the highest price for a pack of cigarettes they want to charge 50 cents to run my debit card no signs or anything about this charge my charges totaled $6.50 so I know I was over the minimum. They will not get another dime out of me or anyone I know. I thought if they keep the name they have to run store like every other one and they need to let you know not just be surprised. I don't know the name of the guy working to night but he was very rud and left the store unattended for about a 50 min period and it's a 24 hour store I'm not very happy and the hole store smelt like pot so I need to drug test the man that was on duty it was close from 2am to 255 am so a hole 55 mins

I went to the sunoco in eastpgh to put air in my grandsons tire on his bike and buy him an ice on a hot day and was refused service because because my 4 year old did not have a shirt. Yes the sign says no shoes no shirt no service I was the one being served. So tell me ,should I leave my grandson in the car to buy an ice or do you think that is the most idiot rule you ever heard. Did coporate make that rule? If so you need to rethink it ...there are plenty of .mom's who take their children to the gas station at the spare of the moment without shoes shirt. It's not the child being serviced it's the parent.

this business clifford ave and Portland has been closing and taken side money from lottery tickets not sending it threw the machines but somehow cashing in later and marking it in somehow. There needs to be an inside inspection of the books and how the lottery and books are being even out. Knowing the County they would have a field day to find out someone is taken a cut or doing something so crooked if the information is not told no one would know

Your store, 28790 at the corner of Wixom Rd and Alpha Dr was locked at 4:30pm when I tried to get gas. There was a hand written note taped to the door that said be back in 10 minutes. There were multiple cars that pulled in and tried to go inside but doors were locked and they left. Guy working didn't even give an apology when we inquired about it.

Hello, my name is Thomas Anderson and i was at your Sunoco location on rt 54 in danville pa i belive its actualy elysburg rd. The rude cashier refused to sell me a certain lottery ticket because a lady friend of his was playing that ticket wich was Gas Bucks. She had a whole pile of them there. Time of this was 4:45 pm Sunday May22. So i belive he is commiting lottery fraud and is giving your corporation bad reviews.Needless to say i will not be entering that location again.

Sunoco station at 14mile & Utica rd in Fraser , Mi seems to have a problem with keeping receipt paper in pumps for transactions thus defeating purpose of using credit card at pump for convenience. If that was"nt enough , you have to guess which pump is out of order before you get out of car to pump gas. One pump has been out of order for at least 5 months. Plus the area where you pull up to the pumps would be a lot smoother and with less potholes if it were just plain dirt.
